Thank you for your nice review. We did lot's of work to build exclusive VIP program and really glad you liked it.
Nice bonus for 1st deposit and really fast withdrawal, I also think the have all slots but I don't now that for sure.
Live chat doesn't work at my desktop, but by smartphone it works.
Easy navigation, variety of different games, good helping support. A lot of interesting promos haven't found anything similar in other casinos (Weekly promos and Vip guilds). One of the best casino I played!
A week ago had an experience playing Wildtornado. I liked Welcome offer pack. Also, there are the variety of games, I found all my favorite games. When I made a withdrawal it was processed in few hours that was surprising to me. Support is friendly and always glad to help. So I had great experience in Wildtonado as won 400 AUD from my 50 AUD deposit! Next Friday plan to take part in their tournament.
For now, nothing to dislike about Wildtornado casino
Spoilt for choice in terms of game library. It's nice to get bonuses from the start - not just the 1st dep bonus, but extra match bonuses on the 2nd and 3rd deposits. Support reps are always available and easy to communicate with. Once a week I get exclusive offers from them - this is not what you regularly get from an average online casino. The offers are transparent, no hidden tricks, the wager is player-friendly. Haven't participated in tourneys yet, can't say anything about them. I noticed they add new game releases from Netent and other companies once they are out, which is a huge advantage. Cashed out easily, in two hours after request.
Weekend offer isn't that cool, but if you like free spins, it would seem ok. Site design is not to my taste, but I got used to it, it doesn't distract me while I play
Friendly support team, great match offers on sign up and first time I deposited I won 5000 just like that. 9 out of 10 :D
There's nothing I dont like. Apart from not being able to claim loyatly but thats not a big deal. Top casino
Have to say my first dealing with this fairly new casino.I spoke with Matthew a support agent who was absolutely terrific. As a VIP from 2 other bitcoin casinos you could tell he was eager to help and make me feel comfortable. He was quick to respond and extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable. Matthew is excellent and kudos to him.
Website and offerings look great and cashback offering is amazing.
First deposit bonus only to .1btc. Understand this but wish it would be more for us larger players.
Hello Eric, thank you for reviewing. We always glad to have high rollers playing, just ask in chat for special bonus offers.
Awsm overall experience.
Instant payouts and the support is great. Selection of games and promos are amazing.
Strongly recommend to all bitcoin players.
Hello OLUMITROM. Thank you for your nice review. We do our best to make our players enjoying all WildTornado experience.
Its a nice casino. With kind and helpful support.
I like its because they are respectful, even if youre asking for freespins and dont get, they'll answer in a polite way.
Could be more deposit bonuses and freespins, even some times no deposit freespins, the casino should get more slotgames.
Thank you for your review! Comparing to other we have nice weekly offers and every Sunday we provide no deposit Free Spins for all active players who have used welcome pack. Moreover, we have Lucky Hours on Saturday and special email deposit offers every Tuesday-Wednesday. You can find more details visiting our website, promotion section.
Nice outfit, easy to navigate, nice game selection, good deposit and withdrawal methods, fast custom service, good promotions and loyality programs. Probably one of the best new casinos today. Don't find anything bad to say, maybe more games etc.?
Thank you for your review. We will add some new game providers in nearest future, it will be a nice surprise for our players :)
Pretty good in terms of site usability, especially user account area; a really good game selection. 150 free spins within their welcome package helped me extend the playing time a lot (Gonzo's quest is the right choice). I reached out to their support only once to clarify some cashback bonus terms and was given a detailed explanation.
The max win limit from free spins isn't high enough.
Thank you for your nice feedback. Our team really appreciated it and we glad you have had a good experience playing with us.
Great game offer, good support, nice bonus offers, quick payouts.
I will come back :)
An improvement point: Give up to 1 bonus at a time so nobody can break the rules.
What started as a test-drive of a new casino, turned out just great. I would recommend Wild Tornado in a heartbeat. Hope they keep it up and don’t get spoilt in the long run.
I wouldn’t change a thing (well, maybe I would add some crazy slots from 1x2 gaming). And yeah, phone support is missing (but I didn’t encounter issues that didn’t get solved via their Live Chat)
Absolutely love this casino, joined a week ago and have won more than 500 eur. Pleased so far, both with the selection of games and withdrawal times.
Not all games are available for playing with match bonuses, which wasn’t a nice surprise, but I checked – they do have it all listed on their Bonus Terms page, and it’s not the fine print, so it was my mistake.
Easy navigation, good amount of games. "nice" welcome bonus
So, last week I decided to play on Wild Tornado Casino and claimed their welcome bonus. After a couple of hours playing i managed to cash out €600 after wagering. The next day I received an email that all winnings had been voided because I played a slot called Victorious which was restricted. I contacted support and got served by the so called manager. After asking how this was possible and how come there's not a notice or anything ( like all other casinos do) that this game is not able to play with bonus money she replied with "yes its an issue but were working on it". Seems like the player pulls the shortest straw here. I feel scammed by this casino and want u to know this before getting excited when u win something. Just a couple ( like 10 hits ) on a slot without a notice will void all ur winnings. Even if u wagered over 5k eu.
Hello Goldz, thank you for your review. You have violated bonus Terms and we acted according to the procedure. As I have mentioned before we have restricted games while playing with the bonus, if you play with your own money there are no restrictions. We have sent a request to technical department and those games should be blocked in November. Thank you for cooperation.
Wildtornado was recommended by a close friend who recently joined.
The casino has received lots of praise so far. So far staff is very nice and helpful. The game selection is vast and terrific. I cant wait to see what else they have to offer as my experience so far has been great. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND
Nothing to dislike all games look great and casino is doing great so far
Very nice casino. and service staff on chat 24hours. I have own a casino guide before and have try many casinos. This is top 1 on my list.
A great VIP program - I've chosen Tornado Guild and they give me my weekly cashback each Monday. Withdrawals are really fast, got my winnings within an hour.
No complaints about this casino, everything was smooth so far.
Dear Hillux, thank you for such a nice feedback. We trying our best to satisfy our players.
Best all around bitcoin casino.Received payout in less than 10 minutes.Overall staff is amazing especially kate, matt and melissa.
Games are amazing love this bitcoin casino.
Nothing to dislike. All is great ans overall best bitcoin casino.
Good variety of games. Nothing more good really to say
This casino is dealing unfair with players regarding their bonus policy.
They've made resticted a few Netent games, that are available for bonus in any casino (e.g. Steam Tower and Victorious), but they are not blocking them from playing with bonus. Live chat told that it's not possible with Softswiss, but it's obviously a lie, because in major Softswiss casinos all resticted bonus games are blocked from playing.
So it's done specially, that any experienced player who knows that these games are not usually restricted, will enter the game, make a few spins, and then all your winnings got confiscated. Be aware of playing with bonus in this casino, and do not play here - they'll just looking for a reason to remove your winnings.
Dear ALEXBR86, thank you for your feedback. We are really sorry you have had such situation occurred. All we tell you is total truth and our manager from SoftSwiss confirmed there was no technical possibility to block the games for Match bonus. We are not interested in having players a bad experience playing our casino. Please accept our apologies for such misunderstanding occurred, your initial deposit was returned back to your account. We are really sorry we can't prevent you to access restricted games at the moment. We will contact our SoftSwiss manager to proceed with the request to the technical team and hopefully get this fixed in future. We value each customer and feedback about playing our casino. We have dozens of players got their winnings played with the Match bonus and following the Terms. Please accept our deepest apologizes we could not block those games due to provider's technical system.
Great service at helpdesk. Just won 949 I received my cashout within 15 minutes after I won it. Great fun with a nice bonus. Really worth a try!
Amazing promotions, fast cash outs (1hr after request money hit my ewallet)
Best support, mobile/tablet friendly site, one of the best designs, honestly I cant find anything bad for this site, it was time finally to see the perfect online casino with almost all the popular games in the market.
Thank you Slottcy, doing our best to satisfy our players
Amazing all around bit coin casino.
The best service staff as Melissa and Matt are superior agents. Instant payouts and overall game selection
Nothing to dislike but only recommendation is for more live games. Otherwise this is by far the best bitcoin casino.
Wild tornado is by far the best bitcoin casino in today's world. There customer service along with game selection is the best. They offer instant pay outs and most importantly process payouts in minutes. This is by far the best option when it comes to bitcoin gambling. 10 STAR RATING.
Live game selection could be better bit they are working on new promos everyday.
