When talking to live chat, firstly they can't spell and they're English leaves a lot to be desired, need a proof reader badly. That applies to whole site, as I used their email address given and it was returned non-deliverable. A concern that email has a typo (!!).

Chat informed me that I couldn't send documents via email, now this is a first for me. I said your the only casino I know that doesn't accept documents via email, what if theres a tech error with uploads and cant verify via upload, means no withdraw. No answer on that other than have to be uploaded via their website.

Just the other day I had a problem uploading because of casino tech error so it happens. Why no email verification, not really good enough, a player needs a back up way of sending documentation for many reasons. I'll let you know how play goes if I ever decide to deposit but after reading some reviews i'm dubious to say the least. Not off to a good start with me, just on the spelling alone lol

I was kinda bored, was looking for any good offers at Askgamblers, came across this Wcasino, saw it was offering a 100% first deposit bonus plus 100 free spins on London Hunter (a game I've played a few times already), so I decided what the heck, might as well give this casino a try. It's owned by Mirage Enterprise, same as Universal Slots Casino, at which my first play turned out to be good, so I was hoping that this Wcasino would give me something good too.

First thing first - games selection is very good, with many well known game providers in the list, but unfortunately, my favourite Supe It Up game from Microgaming is missing. Isis is available, but only the Mega Moolah Jackpot version, so I'm not interested to play that money-eating jackpot game, hehehe. Usually, only players who are playing with only their cash deposit shouldn't have any problems with what game to play, but at Wcasino, only 9 slot games are restricted from playing with bonus money, so there's still plenty of games to play with bonus money. I like this! However, some may not like the 40x wagering requirement on the deposit+bonus amount, which is on the high side, and usually very difficult to successfully complete.

Next - I made a $25 deposit using Neteller and it didn't incur any deposit fee, so that's one more good point for Wcasino. The bonus money also got credited into my account automatically, so I wasted no time at all in playing a game. But what the heck, I actually found myself stuck on what game to play, simply because my favourite games were either missing, or country restricted, or bonus restricted! Somehow, I then decided to give Yggdrasil new game, Cazino Cosmos, a try, but it turned out to be really disastrous for me! I don't like almost all of Yggdrasil games in the first place, yet my mind went astray that day and picked one of those to play. Oh gees! The blardy game ate my credits from start to finish, and the only Free Spins game that I managed to get, paid a blardy miserable small win of just 10x my stake! Cazino Cosmos is yet one more ridiculous Yggdrasil game to play - to me personally, it's a be-LIE-ve game - promising good payouts, giving rubbish instead!

I wished I could get a good game play at Wcasino, as I did at Universal Slots, but that didn't happen, simply because I had chosen the wrong game to play! I may have gotten a more satisfying time if Supe It Up was available, but anyhow, that 40x turnover requirement would have been difficult to complete anyway. I was also getting several lost connections whilst playing that damn Yggdrasil game - not lags, but lost or interrupted connections, which spoiled all the fun nevertheless.

I only played in this casino because after the netent provider decrees restriction for Portugal all the good casinos have cut these games for the Portuguese players.
How can this casino have kept these games to restricted countries? ..... after having informed me I came to the conclusion of high probability of fake games, no wonder why the low RTP for these games in this casino (20% 30%), and to get features 300/400/500 spins a few times more. By the way this casino is blacklisted from other sites.
if you are like me and love to play netent think twice before opting for this casino because more than 40 or 50deposits whit bad runs is not good at all.

Terrible interface, rude support (if any), bonus codes don’t work at all.
When you go to chat it takes 20 + minutes to get someone, when you finally have a rep (and I really hate this!) the average response time on any question is two minutes because they are handling several people at the same time. Also they will tell you the bonus was indeed not granted, but there is nothing they can do to fix it (serious).?!?

Emails are not answered at all (4 days now)

I made my first deposit and the welcomebonus was not added. This was done manualy after waiting for chat for over 10 minutes. But ok that can happen... Today made my second deposit (25€) with a bonus code i received from Wcasino by email, bonus funds were not added, free spins were not added. Contacted chat... after 20 minutes i was still 6 in qeue, the same as i entered. I desided to email about the matter and start gameplay on auto 1€ a spin, got a bonus and that went up to 48€ but got stuck. (The final screen with the total win was all i could see) tried al buttons and went back to the site for chat. Again nothing, than send an email and checked if my bonus was added lter perhaps. Well od didnt and my regular balance was reduced to 0,75€ ? Already contacted chat (no response) and send several emails (no response, so far 24/7)...

Totally agree with my fellow gamblers reviews.

Fair amount of games from a diverse collection of providers

Never got any of the promised bonuses and besides games freezing midst playing so you have to reload (and that's when you're on a winning streak really the worst that can happen...)

I can't deposit from the Netherlands any other then Skrill, can't withdraw. Chat is endless waiting, unresponsive and only chatbots. Withdrawal was returned time after time and I ended up playing everything gone (like from a lot of $ deposit to a whole lot of $ profit to 0 in half an hour). Of course I could have had been endlessly patient with their support and their methods of withdrawal, but I am not, these online casinos should realize that is players like me who fund them, so if they want anything done, you run for me, I don't bow for you....

This was one of the newest Casinos I have tested. I was a bit suspicious at first (like usually with new sites). After two days of testing and playing here I must say that I couldn't find anything to complain.

+ Every game worked well.
+ Good selection of games (wish they would add BTG games also).
+ Bonus terms reasonable and clear
+ Withdrawing worked well. Got e-mail asking for documents few hours after withdrawal request. Documents approved within 6 hours if I remember correct. Money received within two or three days.
+ Good selection of different limits to control gaming.

I don't know how customer service works, because I didn't have anything to ask. Everything worked well.

No problems or nothing to complain so far.
