Oh man, where do I start?
I did few deposits and got lucky and I send in the documents for verification. They need 24h, up to 48 hours to verify the account. Sure, no problem. And now the "fun" parts. I deposited with Paysafe cards so I went on chat and asked what my option(s) are for cashout. Normally it is bank account, or make a deposit with Skrill and then cashout on it... But no, chat person told me that only option for me (players from my country) is to make a withdrawl on some crypto currencie. What the ***?? I asked her to double check that information with her manager. She did, same stuff. Make a withdrawal on crypto! Imagine that; deposit with Skrill 50 €, cashout 200 € and buy Bitcoin. I play for over 10 years now and I never ever have heard so ** option for cashing out. I mean, I don't have anything against crypto but that stuff is not for everyone.
It was a great thing in this case that I have experience in this gambling stuff so I anyway made small deposit with Skrill and waited. After 2 days my account was verified and from that in around 24h money came on my Skrill.
The same minute I closed (permanent) my account there and here I am 😉

When talking to live chat, firstly they can't spell and they're English leaves a lot to be desired, need a proof reader badly. That applies to whole site, as I used their email address given and it was returned non-deliverable. A concern that email has a typo (!!).

Chat informed me that I couldn't send documents via email, now this is a first for me. I said your the only casino I know that doesn't accept documents via email, what if theres a tech error with uploads and cant verify via upload, means no withdraw. No answer on that other than have to be uploaded via their website.

Just the other day I had a problem uploading because of casino tech error so it happens. Why no email verification, not really good enough, a player needs a back up way of sending documentation for many reasons. I'll let you know how play goes if I ever decide to deposit but after reading some reviews i'm dubious to say the least. Not off to a good start with me, just on the spelling alone lol
