General Information about Urho Casino
Urho is a brand managed by Geokul Limited (Company). The Company is registered in accordance with Maltese law with registration no. C 60820. The online casino is licensed and regulated by The Malta Gaming Authority under licence number MGA/B2C/119/2005 issued on August 1, 2018.
If you are from an eligible country you can deposit and play instantly. You’ll be connected to your online banking account to make the deposit which also means you’ll skip the registration process. There were no specific welcome bonuses available when I played here but you can see if there are any Urho Casino Bonuses available in your region before you play. If you’re not eligible to play here, check our casino reviews for more sites to play in.
I played at the casino using my Mac, but most devices are supported. You can use their mobile casino from virtually any smartphone and tablet.
Payment Information and Options at Urho Casino
All payments at the casino are processed via Trustly and usually arrive in your account within a few minutes. The minimum deposit and withdrawal starts at €20 and there are no processing fees.
Withdrawals cannot be processed until you complete the verification process. This means you need to submit documents to verify your identity, payment method and proof of residence. A specific timeframe for reviewing these documents has not been established. To withdraw you must make at least one deposit and all deposits must be wagered at least once. The maximum you can withdraw in any week is limited to €5,000 unless you have VIP status. Other limits have not been listed. Usually, with the Pay’n Play feature, withdrawals will be processed promptly after verification.
If you have not used your account in 12 months, the casino will consider it as inactive and you’ll be charged a €5 monthly fee.
Customer Support at Urho Casino
If you need help, there are two support options available which are live chat and email. Unfortunately, there is no phone support. However, in my experience, live chat is the best option. There is no live chat icon but you will find the feature in the contact us section. You can speak to a live chat agent with any questions or concerns at any time.
For anything less urgent, you can email the casino. They aim to respond to all email requests within 24 hours. You can also use email support if you need to send any documents to support your questions or concerns.
Games at Urho Casino
The casino is home to a large portfolio of casino games and providers. In comparison to a lot of other casinos I have played in, I think the lobby here is very basic. It seems to lack a lot of sorting and filtering options that I like to use to find my favourite games. Everything seems to be bunched together which can make navigation difficult and time-consuming. The menu does allow you to sort games into a few categories but I’d like to see more options available.
There is no access to RTP information but there is a search engine which is what I relied on during my session. However, if you’re new to casinos, you won’t find this too helpful. There is a good selection of online slots though. I tried games like Street Magic and the Wild Flower Slot. I had no issues loading or playing any games from my Mac.
You’ll also have access to a selection of table games, including games of blackjack, roulette and poker. Unfortunately, there are no menu options so I did have to use the search engine to find these.
The live casino section is much easier to navigate to! You’ll find games of live Live Roulette, Live Baccarat and more. There are multiple live providers here too so you’ll have plenty of variety. Again though, I think this area of the lobby lacks sorting options so unless you’re using the search bar you will have to scroll until you find the game you want.
Urho Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
You’ll have access to player protection rules to help manage your gaming activities. You can set deposit limits daily, weekly or monthly but I could not find any options to set wager or loss limits. A reality check tool will be active on your account to let you know how long you have been playing and provide an overview of your net winnings for that session.
If you need to take a break, you’ll have some other options available. You can temporarily exclude yourself from your account for a minimum of 24 hours to allow yourself a healthy period of recovery. You can do this for a maximum of 6 weeks. However, if you need something longer, you can self-exclude. You can activate this in your account or you contact the casino to activate it for you.
