Stucked withdrawal from stake

I am writing this complaint regarding a withdrawal issue from Stake that has been unresolved for more than 10 days.

I requested a withdrawal of ₹24,107.53, and the transaction was marked as “successful” by the platform. I was also provided with a payment voucher and a UTR number as proof of the transaction. However, despite the status showing completed, I have not received the funds in my bank account to this day.

I contacted my bank, ICICI Bank, and provided them with the UTR number for verification. The bank clearly informed me that they are unable to trace any such transaction in their system. This confirms that the funds have not reached the banking network and were never credited to my account.

I have already submitted all required documents to Stake, including my official bank statement in PDF format showing my account details and transaction history. Their support team initially requested documents, and after submission, my case was forwarded to their finance team for review.

However, after waiting for several days, I received a response stating that the withdrawal was completed successfully, which directly contradicts the confirmation from my bank. I have since replied to them requesting proper proof of transaction or a reversal of funds, but I have not received any response.

This situation is extremely frustrating, as I have been waiting for my own funds for over 10 days with no resolution. I request AskGamblers to intervene in this matter and assist in resolving this issue.

I kindly request Stake to either provide verifiable proof that the funds were successfully credited to my bank account or immediately reverse the amount back to my Stake account.

Hi, I deposited 4000 inr on 11 April 2026, but the deposit transaction on stake is showing cancelled. The amount has been deducted from my account. I have raised an enquiry but they have closed it. The transaction id is 3404741250. The deposit time was 4:02 pm. The amount showing 3999 is from their side, we can't change it from our side. The UTR of the transaction is 203774946151

There are two deposit of rs 2,500 and rs 2,900

Casino has put my account in disabled mode and not allowing me to withdraw

I have an account on stake. Stake have blocked my INR withdrawal of Rs.8586.61. It's been past one month I cannot deposit or withdraw funds using INR. I have contacted there chat support number of times, but always keeps on telling me that the INR withdrawal method has been disabled by third party payment provider and tells me to use crypto. I do use crypto now, but what about my INR funds which I have earned.

They are lying in my stake account since last month. I just can't leave them on the site. The INR withdrawal works for all my friends who use stake. I have even asked the Indian people of the stake chatroom and they said INR withdrawal works for them. I requested them if you don't let me withdraw atleast convert those INR funds into USDT crypto currency. They dent that too.

It is one of best and most trustworthy. Games are quite Fair and withdrawals are instant, be it in crypto or in fiat currency.
Their original games are good and fast.

Withdrawal fee is quite high. e.g. for fiat it is ~10%.
Terms and Conditions for promotions and bonuses are not clearly specified beforehand. It must be detailed out very clearly on the website.

Stake Casino is one of best among other casinos. The Fair play is amazing and withdrawal systems are really fast whether it be in crypto or any other local currency. Stake has got it all.

Email Support has been discontinued and Live Support doesn’t have real people taking requests in real time. It’s all an automated process and you don’t have a specific time frame so you could wait for a response from the team. I personally have never heard from them on any of my previous complaints. They usually got resolved by themselves but it is a very time consuming task. You never know how much time is it actually gonna take to finally get your issue resolved. Sometimes within hours and sometimes months.
