8 days ago, I placed a withdrawal of 35500 inr,3318305787. This is the withdrawal id, but till now they have not sent my withdrawal.

I asked their support center, and they are not helping me, replying the same message again and again.

I sent mail to their payment team, but they are also not helping me. I am tired of live support and sending mail to them.

My humble request to you, sir, kindly look into this matter and help me to resolve please. I also sent them all the required details and my bank statement, but they are still not resolving my case.

The amount has already been deducted from my bank account, but it has not appeared in my Stake balance. I kindly request you to check the transaction and credit the amount to my account as soon as possible.I did raise an enquiry regarding this and Stake is claiming they haven't received the funds but after speaking to my bank, the bank has confirmed that the funds have left my account. I provided Stake with my bank statement pdf and screenshots showing the money has left my account and yet they somehow conveniently said that the funds did not reach them and that i should contact my bank and close the complaint without any clarification. Very poor customer service as well they do not seem to respond to my queries at all. Stake has always had a good reputation for having a very high respect for its playerbase and it is very sad to see I'm being treated this way. I hope you do get back to me and either reverse the money back to my account or credit the money in my Stake balance.

I would like to file a complaint against Stake regarding a promotional bonus that was not credited to my account despite fulfilling all the required conditions.

I received the following promotional offer:

“Deposit and wager ₹1750 to receive a ₹400 crypto bonus.

Deposit and wager within the next 3 days.

Deposit in cryptocurrency equivalent only.

Your bonus will be credited within 48 hours.

This promotion does not include bets placed on Stake Poker.

The bonus can be claimed in cryptocurrency only.”

I completed the deposit in cryptocurrency as required and wagered ₹1750 within the given 3-day period. I also ensured that none of my bets were placed on Stake Poker, in full compliance with the promotion terms.

However, even after 48 hours, the ₹400 crypto bonus was not credited to my account. I contacted their support team, but the issue has not been resolved satisfactorily.

I kindly request AskGamblers to assist in reviewing this matter and help ensure that the bonus is credited as promised, since I fully complied with all the stated requirements.

I have withdrawn 19090 inr on 11th of feb 2026 and the transaction is successful on the site but funds are not still in my account. I have contacted stake team many times. Please help me, I need funds urgently. The transaction id is 3280353601. I have attached bank statement too in my message. Please help me urgently. First they said wait 3 business days. I have waited but still no funds received.

I withdrew money( rs 4932) on 5th February, still haven't received it. According to stake support i had to wait for 3 days. But I still haven't received it.
