I have withdrawn 19090 inr on 11th of feb 2026 and the transaction is successful on the site but funds are not still in my account. I have contacted stake team many times. Please help me, I need funds urgently. The transaction id is 3280353601. I have attached bank statement too in my message. Please help me urgently. First they said wait 3 business days. I have waited but still no funds received.

I withdrew money( rs 4932) on 5th February, still haven't received it. According to stake support i had to wait for 3 days. But I still haven't received it.

I made a deposit in Stake, but it is still pending. I escalated, but the deposit is in reviewing. Stake customer care service is very bad, he said, payment service is an external service.

Sir my stake account was temporarily suspended i am not able to withdraw not able to place bet then i contacted cs they told complete all they verification to remove the restrictions from my account so i completed all my verification till last level 4 still im not able to withdraw or place bet

More worried thing stake i contact cs team told them about this they told me email the account team so i email the account team .More worried thing is account team is not responding my email more than 24 hours paased .

I am writing to inform you that my recent deposit attempt was unsuccessful, and the payment is currently showing as pending. The amount has been debited from my account, but it has not been credited to my stake account yet.

Dear AskGamblers Complaints Team (AGCCS),I am filing this complaint against Stake Casino India (Stake.com) regarding a missing deposit of approximately Rs 5000 INR that was debited from my bank but not credited to my Stake wallet after more than 7 days.

•Deposit date and time: 26/01/2026 at 2:49 PM

•Intended amount: Rs 5000 (entered as Rs 5000 during deposit process)

•Actual debited amount: INR 4999.20 (automatically adjusted by the system, as often happens in UPI/PhonePe deposits – fees/rounding ke wajah se)

•Payment method: PhonePe UPI

•Transaction

•Issue: Amount INR 4999.20 successfully debited from my bank account (proof attached), but nothing credited to Stake wallet. No entry in deposits/transactions section – pending, no credit shown.

•I contacted live support multiple times (chat with agent Filip included), but only got template replies: "no ETA on this", "team in charge will update the status", "as soon as update, they will provide it". No real reason, progress, or resolution after 7+ days. This exceeds Stake's policy for INR/UPI deposits (usually instant or max 24 hours processing).

This delay is causing financial hardship. I request AGCCS to mediate and urge Stake Casino India to immediately credit the full INR 4999.20 to my wallet or issue a refund to my original UPI/bank if the deposit cannot be processed.Thank you for your urgent assistance.Regards,

I am withdraw 45k inr on 17 January and on stake showing successful but not received yet today is 27 January I complaint on mail and every where but still no update I checked my bank they are telling me still not received and no reversable payment my payment UTR is 3228685980

Please help me out.
