I’m extremely disappointed in SpinBet. I reached out multiple times explaining that I was struggling with gambling addiction and needed support. Instead of helping, they allowed me to repeatedly reopen my account, despite the clear harm it was causing.
They promised on several occasions that a manager would reach out. Over a week later, I still haven’t received any meaningful response – only vague copy-paste replies asking me to "wait for a manager." No follow-up, no support, and no accountability.
It’s clear they have no serious concern for responsible gambling or customer wellbeing. I’ve now escalated this to the regulator because SpinBet has completely failed to act professionally or ethically.

I have done everything required, yet my funds remain inaccessible.
