Withdraw where made on The 7 December 2025 and im fully verified they just tell me to wait and wait and their normal withdraw time is withing 9h so it feels like they are not going to pay me at all im talking to the chat everyday and acording to them the company is not able to process withdraws at all so how can they be a serious casino when they cant even pay their winners,,

Delaying almost 50k withdraw even after KYC approval

I am submitting this complaint regarding my experience with Spinbet.com and their failure to allow me access to my account and withdrawal of funds despite completing all requested KYC verification.


Issue Summary:

On October 16, 2024, I attempted to make a withdrawal, but my account was subsequently locked.

After some time, I submitted my New Zealand passport and utility bill via email on March 26, 2025 to complete KYC verification.

I was later informed that my account was fully KYC compliant and would be unlocked.


However, upon attempting to log in, I was met with a message stating:

"Your ‘Take A Break’ Mode is Active. Logging in is currently not possible.

Start time: March 18, 2025, 14:50

End time: Invalid Date"


Attempts to Resolve the Issue:

Over the past week, I have engaged in multiple emails with customer support, but no progress has been made.

Their responses have been vague, including:


"I completely understand how frustrating this situation must be for you, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience it’s caused. I want you to know that I’ve personally looked into your concern and wish I could resolve it for you right away. Unfortunately, we’re still waiting for approval from our specialized team. There is no time frame, but it should not take more than 24 hours."


Despite this assurance, 24 hours passed with no resolution, no update, and no further response.


Outstanding Issues:

1. Account Access: My KYC was approved five days ago, yet I am still unable to log in due to an unexplained "Take A Break" mode.


2. Withheld Funds: My balance of $49,997.56 NZD remains inaccessible, and the casino has not provided a timeline for withdrawal.


3. Lack of Communication: Support has only provided generic responses with no concrete action or resolution.


Requested Resolution:

• If my account is restricted, I request a full withdrawal of my balance to a BTC wallet and the closure of my account.


• If my account is not restricted, I request immediate access restoration so I can withdraw my funds myself.


• A formal explanation as to why my account remains locked despite KYC approval.

The casino holds my deposit

Good day I am asking for your help in resolving the issue with my deposit, which spinbet casino does not count on my balance. I joined them using your referral code and made a deposit from my fulgurwallet. The funds were credited quickly enough. But unfortunately I lost money and decided to make another deposit to try to play the games again.

But I accidentally took the sports bonus, so I contacted support in the chat to cancel it before I make any more deposits. They told me that the sports bonus was canceled, then I asked if I could still get a bonus that they offer on other affiliated resources.

They said yes of course, make a deposit and we will add your bonus manually, I have deposited funds but they are not releasing them to my account. I asked why they did not provide my deposit, and in the support chat I was asked to send the hash of the transaction (the deposit was made in cryptocurrency).

I kindly provided them with this and they still won't credit my deposit. I reviewed my transaction on the blockchain and it is complete, all blockchain confirmations have passed. The wallet belonging to the spinbet casino shows that it has my deposit in the amount of $227.66. But the casino does not credit my funds to my account.

This is the first time I have encountered this situation, because their wallet shows my deposit and they keep pretending that they didn't receive my deposit or it is incomplete. I am asking you to help me, because to all my questions they answer that their payment team is handling it, but day after day they KEEP my money.
