General Information About Slotsi
Slotsi is owned by White Hat Gaming Limited. The parent company is licensed and regulated by both the Malta Gaming Authority (license number MGA/B2C/370/2017) and the UK Gambling Commission (license number 52894).
Despite having two licenses, Slotsi only accepts players based in Finland. White Hat Gaming started in 2012 and owns several casino sites, such as Slotnite Casino and Casilando Casino. They introduced Slotsi in 2022.
Through reading other expert casino review, I found that White Hat Gaming has faced multiple regulatory issues throughout its existence. For example, in 2021, the company had to pay £1.3m (€1.5m/$1.8m) after the UK Gambling Commission found evidence of money laundering and social responsibility failures. However, Slotsi itself has stayed out of trouble over the last four years.
When creating an account on Slotsi, I’d recommend registering through Zimpler ID+. This ensures sign-up is quick and easy and handles KYC (Know Your Customer) on behalf of the casino. Not only did Zimpler make conducting this Slotsi casino review easier, but it also meant that I could immediately withdraw everything I won.
When I connected my Revolut to Slotsi, Zimpler pulled all my pre-verified details from my bank. This means that I didn’t have to upload any data or ID directly to the casino for this Slotsi review. It also means I didn’t have to wait for the website to verify my details.
As mentioned in many Slotsi player reviews, the casino is only available in four languages — English, Finnish, French, and German.
Payment Information and Options at Slotsi
Slotsi really encourages deposits as soon as possible. When I landed on the homepage, the entirety of my screen was taken up by the welcome offer. At first, I assumed I would have to deposit before I could view what games they supported. I realised quickly that I can scroll down; however, other gamers may not realise this.
The options I had for payment were €20, €50, or €100. I could also insert a custom amount. €20 is the minimum deposit, which I think is too high. Large deposits may force players to spend more money than they would if the minimum were lower.
When I made my first deposit in November 2026, the bonus offered was 125% up to €500. This may no longer be the case, so gamers should check the Slotsi website for the latest deal.
In order to turn the bonus into cash funds, I had to meet the wagering requirements, which were 40 x the cash amount plus the bonus amount. The bonus expires after 30 days.
I selected €20. Payments are provided by Zimpler, which allows for rapid deposits. There are 10 payment methods available.
I could choose between Siirto, Nordea, Pankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Omasp, Revolut, Aktia, and Ålandsbanken. There are no crypto payment options available, so Slotsi cannot be considered a crypto casino.
I opted for Revolut, as it was the only payment method I had that the site accepted. I was provided with a ‘Go to your bank’ link, which I could use to sign in to my Revolut. Once connected, transferring money to Slotsi was easy. The money appeared in my account instantly. However, the Slotsi FAQ section states that withdrawals can take a few minutes in some circumstances.
When I withdrew later, the money landed back in my account just as quickly. I should note here that Slotsi does enforce withdrawal caps. The minimum a player can withdraw is €10, while the maximum a player can withdraw is €5,000 per week.
The maximum a player can bet on any Slotsi game is €5.
Customer Support at Slotsi
Slotsi features two customer support options: 24/7 live chat and email.
The email service is made for complicated cases that cannot be solved through live support. Notably slow, it can take Slotsi 24 hours to reply to emails.
Luckily, the live chat option is available around the clock for more pressing matters. There is no AI agent, which I think is a good thing. Normally, AI agents' responses are too robotic and unhelpful, and I would always prefer to speak to a human agent.
When I opened live support, I had to provide my name and email. I then had to wait five minutes for an agent to pick up my request. The agent initially replied to my message in Finnish, but was able to switch to English upon my request.
There was a wait time of around five minutes between each message. However, when I did receive messages, they were helpful. I asked where I could sign up without depositing money. The agent replied with links to pages and clear, step-by-step instructions.
I believe the live chat should provide gamers with sufficient support. While there is no phone number or address available, I don’t think either is necessary.
Games at Slotsi
I was very satisfied with Slotsi’s game layout. On the homepage, games are clearly organised into categories such as popular, slots, and live casino. Slotsi only displays five games for each category. I find this to be the perfect number for a quick browse, as I didn’t feel overwhelmed with options at any point. I wasn’t bombarded with bonuses and sign-up offers while scrolling, which is another plus.
I could filter games down easily based on game type, provider, and so on. I could not organise games based on volatility or RTP; however, this is not always necessary.
Slotsi supports games from a wide range of providers, with the biggest contributions coming from Pragmatic, PlaynGo, Red Tiger, and Blueprint.
There are over 3,000 slot games to choose from. There is also a wide range of online poker, blackjack, baccarat, and other classic casino games.
I don’t like the fact that there are no demo versions of games available. I had to deposit money before I could even click on a game. Demo versions normally help me determine whether or not to deposit money, and I find the lack of them off-putting.
I played several slot games, including Fire Joker. This is a simple three-reel slot game with an RTP of 96.15%. RTP and other information, such as volatility, were not provided by Slotsi. The game was notably slow to load — taking around 15-20 seconds. I placed my €2 bet at the bottom and hit the spin button. I matched two cherries with one joker three times, winning me €3.20. The fire graphics are simple but effective, and the symbols are well rendered. Overall, the game looks and plays well — I would play it again.
I also played the Jade Path, which was notably flashier and faster-loading than Fire Joker. It featured five reels, which were broken into different tiers — from mini to major. I bet €2 and spun. I matched three Ks, which won me only €0.40, despite being on the major side.
Slotsi’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
At the bottom of the homepage, I found mention of the casino help groups Slotsi is affiliated with. This included Online Gamblers and Gordon Moody, the latter being a UK charity that helps gamers tackle gambling addiction. External links to relevant pages are also provided.
However, Slotsi’s responsible gambling page consisted of huge blocks of text that I found difficult to read. I definitely prefer when tools and assistance options are broken down into digestible sections.
From the biggest block of text, I found that Slotsi allows players to set limits and also take a break whenever necessary. A link to a deposit limit page is provided, where players can set daily, weekly, and monthly limits. Another link took me to a page where I could set daily time limits. The final link in this paragraph took me to a page where I could initiate a break. Break times range from 24 hours to six weeks.
Longer self-exclusions are also provided. Self-exclusions last for six months as standard, but players can modify the length as necessary.
The site could provide a few extra responsible gambling tools. For example, Slotsi doesn’t offer cooling-off periods and loss limits.
