I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding your failure to act on my self-exclusion request, which I first submitted on 31 May 2025.

On that date, I contacted your support team requesting to be self-excluded from your platform due to gambling harm concerns. Despite this clear and explicit request, my account remained active, and I was able to continue gambling. This represents a serious breach of your responsible gambling obligations and the self-exclusion policy outlined in your own terms and conditions.

Since my initial request, I have made multiple follow-up attempts asking for the exclusion to be implemented, yet no effective action has been taken. As a direct result, I continued to incur gambling losses that would not have occurred had my self-exclusion been processed in a timely manner.

I therefore request that you:

Acknowledge receipt of this formal complaint,

Explain why my self-exclusion request was not actioned, and

Refund all gambling losses incurred after 31 May 2025, when the exclusion should have been in effect.

Please treat this as a formal complaint under your Responsible Gambling and Complaints Policy. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 14 days, I will escalate this matter to your licensing authority and relevant consumer protection bodies.

I have retained copies of my correspondence and records of my continued gambling activity as evidence of this failure.

Slots Gallery Casino - Delaying my payment of $5124

Hello,

I am writing to you because I have a lot of problems with this Casino that I found on askgamblers. Just you to know, I'm very careful before registering to any website and I've looked at the different opinions on askgamblers before playing. SlotsGallery had good reviews so I decided to subscribe.

On October 19th after making a deposit of $1750, I played different games that day and I managed to win and have a balance of 5124$ until now.

I tried to withdraw 3000$ and maybe play the rest of the money but the site rejected my withdraw request. 

I went to the support and they told me they needed my id and verification. I did the kyc everything was good.

I went to the support again made another withdraw and was one more time rejected. 

Went to the support again they told this time that I needed to send I picture of myself holding my id which I did. Made another withdraw and I was one more time rejected. 

This time I had to send a picture of myself holding the id, the sheet of paper with my details, and in front of my house with the exactly same number. I've done it and sent it again and since then no news. Support telling me every single day that I need to wait the approval from the manager lol.

I strongly recommend that you do not play on SlotsGallery. To receive the money no problem it takes only 2min but to withdraw its really complicated. I've played in a lots of online casino and I think it's my worst experience ever. 

I would like to add that I did not use a referral link and that I did not accept any bonus from them. 

I've the feeling they don't want to pay me and it's really annoying. I've been waiting more than 15 days since my winning and my last withdraw request was on November 1th.

The casino has some ways to withdrawal. When I selected bitcoin, support told me "Not cripto please" ???? (And you can discover a lot of cripto to chose as you desire). Ok. Then I recieved a support email telling me "please, use an e-wallet to cashout". I'm a Neteller user. Support told me "make a deposit first". I tried to make a 20 dollars deposit by Neteller, refused, and refused, and rejected.
Support then suggest me "Use another e-wallet". Come on guys, the "casino" is a joke. I sent them my Neteller address to get the money. "Use another method sir is the response". If you can do something, so I will be very greatful

Be careful with this casino. Although the processing times says 0-1 hours, I did requested a withdrawal and wasn't processed. Talked with support and trying to find hundred of excuses and actually it will take 1-3 days. ( Most probably hoping that you will cancel the withdrawal and play out the money) . Hopefully I'll get my money!

Hollycorn N.V has released quite a few casinos over the last 6 months and if you must know they are equivalent to Direx N.V in terms of everything including fast payments, might not be 1 hour, but a few hours are very good in my opinion.
