After 14 days from my withdrawal request, they still have to pay. KYC is correctly done, and everything they asked for is provided. I went to ask multiple times to customer support agents, but the answer is always the same: "The team needs to check your KYC manually". I hope I will change this review when the casino elaborates on my withdrawal.

Shuffle.com is a Scam! Refuses to Process Withdrawals
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience on Shuffle.com. After depositing my money and playing legitimately, I requested a withdrawal — only to be completely ignored. It has been 2 months, and my withdrawal is still pending with no updates.
Been using Shuffle for about 10 months now. What keeps me loyal is their consistent reliability with payouts - never had to wait more than a day. The game library covers all the major providers with frequent new additions. VIP perks are decent once you climb a few tiers.
Areas for improvement would be adding more live dealer options. Their weekly promotions feel repetitive after a while. The UI works well, but hasn't been updated in a while and is starting to feel dated.
