- The main negative point is that their bonusing used to be amazing. But a few month ago they nerfed almost all bonuses. Now even stake bonusing is way better than shuffle. Seems like they are trying to maximize profits now which is a bit unfortunate!
- Also they should release more originals. Didn't release a new original in like almost 2 years.

I went to ask multiple times to customer support agents, but the answer is always the same: "The team needs to check your KYC manually". I hope I will change this review when the casino elaborates on my withdrawal.
