Customer Support at Scarabet Casino
If you have any questions, you can contact the casino. The fastest option is usually live chat, located at the top of the casino. You will be transferred to a chatbot that can answer commonly asked questions.
We found the process of speaking to an actual live chat agent quite difficult and time-consuming. We had to go through some commonly asked questions before being transferred to an agent. We were told that the waiting time was 5-6 minutes, but was transferred in less than 30 seconds. The live chat agent was friendly and polite.
You can use the live chat feature every day from 09:00 to 01:00 CET. However, if you need help outside of live chat, you can email the casino at any time.

You can also take a look at the live casino collection. The casino is home to a mix of live casino providers, offering plenty of games which are mostly open around the clock.
Scarabet Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
The casino supports responsible gambling and has measures in place to help you maintain control of your gambling. On their site they have included information about problematic behaviour and rules for responsible gaming.
If you need to take a break, you can. The casino has a time-out feature, and you can self-exclude. You can access these features once you log into your account, and you must click Save to submit the request.
Despite other issues, the casino stands out for its extensive and diverse collection of games, offering a wide variety of titles that cater to different player preferences.
I had a disappointing experience with this casino, which I believe should be avoided. Firstly, the advertised RTP (Return to Player) for games like Reactoonz is reported at an unusually low 80%, which is far below the industry standard. This low RTP significantly undermines player trust and suggests a less-than-fair gaming environment.
Additionally, the customer service quality is super. Responses are primarily generic templates that fail to address specific concerns, leaving many issues unresolved. My interactions felt impersonal and unhelpful.
The withdrawal process is also excessively slow. I have been waiting for more than two weeks to have my withdrawals processed, and the wait continues without a clear resolution in sight. The casino repeatedly requests documents, even for accounts that have been previously verified, and each submission is followed by a 72-hour processing delay. This repetitive documentation process seems unnecessary and is incredibly frustrating.
Based on my experience, any casino associated with L.C.S Limited does not meet the service and operational standards expected by players. I strongly recommend looking for alternatives that offer more reliable and customer-friendly services.
