Nice platform with a cool concept, fast withdrawals, and I really enjoy their in-house games. The fact that they accept crypto and e-transfer is a big plus for me. I've had a few wins, but unfortunately, once I withdrew, everything went downhill.
The live support and customer service are just terrible – the worst I've ever seen. Rakeback seemed cool, but the amounts are a joke, and don't get me started on the RTP. You only win if you hit the right window; otherwise, it's a nightmare. Trying to close your account feels like an adventure – and not the good kind. It's a shame because the platform itself has potential.

Really disappointed. They closed my account with $4253 without any notice. 3 months have passed. I write emails all the time. But there was no response even once. A truly wonderful bureaucracy. Almost everything is bad.
Reward System: Absolutely atrocious. Its obscure, they're not forthcoming about your rewards (or lack thereof). I don't want a $0.06 daily bonus, ok? I don't want to wait a week to receive $15 after losing $1000+.
Customer Support: its like speaking to a wall. If you speak to a human, you wouldn't know it; they're the most robotic, soulless, frustrating people to engage with on any games provider. Copy+Paste responses, obscure (hardly relevant) information. Its like pulling teeth when asking for the simplest of gestures-- maybe 10% back on my losings? NO? How about 5%? No? How about nothing? I really liked this casino no issues with deposits or withdrawals except for one time the BTC didn't show up but after a quick message to an agent in the live chat it was taken care of, besides that I haven't had any issues except for... on big one.
Going on 5 weeks since I discovered a bug or possible manipulation of a couple of their in-house games. I have brought the issue to Roobets complaint team and support team. I have requested my betting history which was acknowledged but never sent. I was told by the support team that it was sent but it was not that was the last email I have received from them. I cannot seem to get in contact with their licensee to bring the matter to them. I have exchanged as of now 31 emails with Roobets support team and the issue is still at where it was when I brought it to them as all they keep saying is that their developers are currently working on the matter. The issue isn't with the results of the game not being provably fair the problem is that every so often the games in question (plinko and dice these are the only 2 I have looked into) will simply skip a nonce resulting in a winning or losing bet seems to be a winning bet more often than losing will be skipped. I have a background in developing so I understand why people whouldn't catch this, but if you add a loop into their provided code to take the nonce and run it backwards it will produce all of the previous game results down to a nonce of 0 or where ever you want it to go to. This makes it obvious there are clearly game results that are missing. The problem with this is if your playing a game like dice and using some sort of martingale strategy if a winning bet is skipped after a sequence of losing bets it can defeat the whole strategy. I have wagered over $1,000,000 on the platform and over 500,000 bets a majority of these being on dice. Out of the almost 300k bets that I have access too there was around 500 instances (in just dice I didn't do any analysis on plinko outside of confirming there were skipped nonces) The first instance of this happening in the data that is available to me is "2023-10-04T12:44:48.796Z" so as far as I can tell this has been happening for at least 7 months most likely it has been longer TBD. This is not an issue specific to me either there is no where in the text on their website that states any where for any reason that a nonce value can be skipped in the middle of a session without verifying your bets or changing the client seed etc. I thought that Roobet would be appreciative of the findings and would be more than willing to come to a resolution after the proof and data I provided showing how the out come of my games has been affected. Unfortunately they do not seem to be taking the matter seriously.
There have not been any fixes or resolutions at the time of writing this if anything changes I will edit this review to reflect the experience I have had. TBD
