Game selection is pretty good, good bonuses and promotions. The customer service is the best part, if ever a query or problem they can deal with it efficiently. Occasionally get a real good new game bonuses to try out games etc. Loyalty points for gameplay and cashback on any losses if had a down week. Casino is extremely reliable
Sometimes the new weekly promotions aren’t up straightaway on Monday when they usually begin, takes an hour or so into the day, not a huge problem for most people but I like to play from midnight to 8am, the colour scheme is dark. Some may like or prefer it but there’s no way I know to change or invert it.
Withdrawal pending times are a joke quick to take very slow to give back, tried stalling on first time withdrawal for identification, as new UKGC rules state all players must be verified to deposit and play I'm sure this is not right at all.
I would understand if they withdrawn some and then asked but very old fashioned to wait over 5 days for pending time for them to just email asking for identification.
