I did not get my welcome bonus, so I tried depositing again, nothing. I thought maybe if I wagered it, it would trigger the 100% and 50% match bonus. It didn’t.
I then get an email offering a 50% match bonus and free spins and I stupidly deposited again. No match. No free spins.
I reached out to support and was told that since I wagered my deposit they are unable to apply the deposit bonus, or the free spins I was supposed to get on the third deposit. After trying to resolve the issue the only thing they offered was I could get the 1st deposit offer on my next deposit.
I will not be making another deposit at this casino. They took in total, 3 deposit matches and 30 free spins from me.

This is a casino that knows how its works. At first, the site is nice and I think the have all the games out there.
And also great are the bonus terms. There are no hidden terms and only around the 40 games that you can not play with bonus money. The max bet of 5 is acceptable these days.

I like the designs and the overall look of the casino. It is usually easy to navigate on the site find what you are looking for. Different tasks and promotions are a good addition.
I don't think the site has been built well enough, as the cashier for example freezes all the time. Also when clicking around the profile and different menus, it often does nothing. A lot of patience is required, going back to the home page, then trying to avoid any unnecessary clicks and remember what you clicked the first time around. Very annoying, but fixable definitely!
I also had some issues with the service, as they clearly did not have the best idea of the promotions they were running. It ended up in my favor luckily, but it was a hassle. I wish the games were presented in better categories so that you could find more than just the classic/new slots and high volatility games.
All in all, I think RANT has a lot of potential, but it just isn't quite there yet. I will be giving it another go once the performance issues and a few other improvements have been made.
