Customer service can be a little slow occasionally, but that is if you need it.
I've needed it once in 12 months and that was only to get some information on a delayed withdrawal

Withdrawals sometimes take a couple of days compared to other sites that are same day, although can take longer I have never had any issues with withdrawing my winnings.

Most days they have good kickers as in extra spins when depositing and the rewards stage. There is also another balance that builds up with money spent. It is quite fair I would say.

Sometimes get an error message when trying to go back and it will log me out also a few games experience errors and just won’t load up at all. Don’t really like when I don’t win lol but that’s the gamble we all take

I love playOJO, there is nothing I don't like. The withdraws are super fast so there is definitely nothing anyone can complain about. I think this casino is great and I have nothing bad to say about it.

I like the variety of different game choices and modes in the application, the color scheme is very vibrant and user friendly to the people using the interface.

There isn’t much that i dislike about playojo as a whole the website seems very easy to use and accessible to all players. however. the rewards program doesn’t offer enough to the casuals as it takes way too many deposits to gain a reward when you’ve progressed past level 15 or so.

Easy to negotiate through the site. The free games and kickers are great. There is a great variety of games and the winning percentage is fair. The television advertising is great.

You can’t withdraw two lots of money at once and it does take longer than other sites. I think it would benefit from free tournaments to keep players interested. There is a danger as with all sites that addition can take hold and chasing loses never works.

They seem to bonus on my favorite games quite quickly, and the UI is very player friendly. i like the color scheme, and the rewards seem good until you progress far enough that they become less frequent.

How long the withdrawals take, sometimes I'm waiting 48 hours to receive my money, and the minimum deposit is too high, sometimes I want to just play with a fiver but can only deposit ten pounds and above.

Quick payout only have to show ID once. Very good customer service and they get back to you very quickly. The games are really good and I would recommend my friends to go on to this site. You win more then you lose which is really good. You get great offers on there quick payout when you win your money

It’s a very easy website to navigate.
It would be very difficult to get lost or not find what your looking for deposit and withdrawal is very easy and bank in account pretty quick.

I don’t like the emails and texts I get saying you have free spins waiting for you and then it reads well send them over once you have deposited £10 or more it’s frustrating and complained about this a few times if it says free spins then they should honor that without luring you into depositing more money.

Nothing really. Sometimes it can be difficult to bonus but other times it can be quite quick, I find that the overall gameplay is good and depending on what game you play payouts can be quite frequent

Great app and website with lots of goodies, the team are always on hand to reply. The games are always exciting and they have the newest ones available.

The only thing I have noticed is occasionally a game will say 'unavailable ' and you try and clear the cache, log in on a different Internet browser but it takes a while.

I have always enjoyed playing on Playojo, although I haven't been playing all that long I have had some great wins in a short time, great selection of games, I wouldn't use any other site.
