Party Poker Casino

I have withdrawal money from pokerstar casino. The next day I have received an email withdrawal is cancel and reflected back into pokerstar account, I have tried to login to my account to withdraw, but it shows the account is frozen, I have contacted customer service multiple time but there is no use. Still I'm waiting money to credit to my account .

Last Friday i made a withdrawal for 400 euro. I received an email from Party Poker that my withdrawal was approved. Since then I did not receive my money.

I contacted customer support at Party Poker and was told that there were no problems and the delays were caused by Gigadat refusing the transaction. I contacted Gigadat and was told that there was no request regarding this transaction.

Two days ago I called Party Poker customer service and was told that they were currently having problems with Gigadat accepting transactions from them. Again I contacted Gigadat and was written back and they were not aware of any issues. They asked me to ask Party Poker to escalate the transaction and contact them if they had any problems. I forwarded that email to Party Poker.

Since then I have received an email from Party Poker customer support saying that they still did not receive any response from Gigadat and that the requested transaction was refused for the second time. Gigadat people are saying that there was again no request for this transaction.

I have played with Party Poker for a long time and I enjoyed my time there and I have spend a decent amount of money there but now they don't want to pay me my 400 euros? I don't understand why and I don't know what to do so I decided to write here because I don't like being lied to.

I played slots last month and won 3200USD, I withdraw 3200USD but my bank doesn't accept USD (Slovenia Nbank used to be Sberbank) and so my withdrawal was denied and 60USD was taken from 3200USD (thats ok, my mistake transaction costs but it is interesting that that isn't seen on transaction history but I have emails). After that, I ask them to exchange my 3140USD for EUR that they have done for me and after that, they said that I have to withdraw again. I did that and after one week of waiting, they returned the money to the account and asked me to withdraw again. That last withdrawal was made on 30th June and since then all I get from their support is that they are waiting for an answer from their "provider" and that I should be patient and etc... that is happening now for 14 days straight.

My communication is polite and respectful. When I play on other casinos (don't want to make commercial here) my withdrawals are finished in an hour or a matter of minutes..

I know I haven't done anything wrong and I understand that sometimes there could be a hiccup in the process but at least tell me what is happening not to leave me in the dark with zero information.

If anyone can help I would be very happy.
