hi SHAPOTH, Nice win! and I`m glad to hear about the quick cash out. As you know from other reviews, we make a big deal about paying people fast. We`ve added ETH and were getting some traction with it. The trouble is, with our system every time we add an extra currency i.e. ETH, we have to replicate every single game so it works with the new currency. One new currency equals about 3500 games with around 2500 games going live.
Great casino, very very fast verification and withdrawals, great selection of games, every day a new bonus offer with reasonable wagering. Brilliant friendly customer support, just become a VIP, my manager is Max, so far very helpful and generous, so big shout out to Max. I would highly recommend this casino.
Nothing negative to say about this casino, runs very smoothly and easy to navigate. Highly recommended.
I loved the fast withdrawal time. Very quick customer service was expecting ak
Loved the bonus option
The lack of coins, overall experience was positive would go back
hi CC16YM, SHAPOTH Also mentioned this issue with coins. As I was explaining, it`s very difficult to integrate new coins, because for every new currency, we have to add a new set of games. So when you play a game in BTC and then you switch currency to ETH for example, technically you`re playing 2 separate games, even though it`s the same slots title from the same provider. I think the answer is some kind of integration with an exchange, so you can exchange whatever coin you like into either ETH or BTC on-the-fly. It`s something I`m investigating.
Oshi casino is the online casino with the best promotional bonuses as well as games with fast withdrawal processing.
Nothing to say that I don't like maybe more free spins.
Hi VILLAIN34, I`m glad you`ve picked up on the bonuses. We do have some very good ones.
Oshi.io Is a great bitcoin casino offering a generous welcome bonus package and easy transfers in to and withdraws from their website. With hundreds of different games available I am always able to find something new and fun to play!
Low number of supported cryptocurrencies does limit the types of coins you can gamble, but this often isn't much of a real drawback.
The variety in game and chat availability. after lots of headache the withdrawal process was fast. I would stay in the casino if I had a better start and calarity
DONT'T USE INTERAC, Before signing up as I went to the chat and asked them specifically if instadebit is available as a form of Deposit and they said yes. I asked this question because deposits method in Canada are very limited. So I signed up to find out it is not available in Deposit method but it is in Withdrawal. So I thought I can deposit using Interac and withdraw via instadebit, as I do it with few other casinos. So I made couple of deposits and lost at the end I broke even and decided to withdraw, that's where the problem starts. It took me a good two to three hours to figure out you only can make a withdrawal through a method you've deposited. And all the talks about Instadebit, why is not available, blah blah blah. They asked me to deposit through Insta which wasn't available and other methods which none of them where available in Canada except for idebit which I didn't want to open an account with them.
They would say in the beginning it's not our law is the law that we should follow and I said well others don't have this law and they said we are not others and we have our law.
So long story short Canadian don't make a deposit using interac unless you make sure you can withdraw your money and that means you have to have another deposit method.
I wish I knew this when I was about to deposit with Interac, they should Inform us if you deposit with Interac, you can't withdraw your money unless you have an alternate deposit method.
So all the communication and information was misleading from early start even before signing up till the end. At the end I had to create an idebit account by force (which by the way I'm still unhappy with, cause I had to disclose my financial info to another company ) to withdraw my money
Hi FADEOUT... This is really bad. As I explained in a previous response with another player, I follow all the support emails and I hadn't heard anything about CAD withdrawal issues. Please could you email me on nick.garner [at] oshi.io so we can sort this out. And in the meantime I'm going to do some investigations.
Welcome Bonus
Daily Reload Bonus
Live Chat Support
Large number of Game Providers
No daily annoying spam emails
No phone support
Limited number of cryptos accepted
Thanks for your positive feedback. Interesting point about limited number of crypto currencies. We set up ETH a couple of months ago and it's had some uptake. Can you email me directly on nick.garner [at] oshi.io and just let me know what crypto currencies you think we should have?
Quick withdrawal times for Bitcoin. Seem to win more.
No withdrawal methods for CAD.... And no way of converting CAD to BTC... :(
Can you contact me directly? nick.garner [at] oshi.io I keep a track of all the support emails and I haven't seen anything about payment issues with CAD. As far as I knew, everything was running smoothly.
The game is soo good in fairness there's have many bonus eve.r The Cash out is very smoot hand the live assistant will help you very much and they're soo polite ever.
Not that much I like it that's why I always play here.

Wide variety of games they all load fast and work perfectly.
Deposits BTC deposits are instant. Fast cashouts.
Bonuses available frequently with option to opt out.
Oshi shows integratity.
Have not had to contact support yet so can't comment.
Thanks for your positive feedback and I'm glad you like the fast cash outs!
Awesome casino! Won a large amount after my first deposit of only $15! Efficient account verification times, fast and seamless cashout process. Friendly customer service and short wait times for their Live Chat! Very pleased overall!!
Zero complaints :) all around great online casino !!!
Well done on your win! And I'm glad cash out was quick.
The game selection, the customer service, the cashout times are fantastic. The bonuses are phenomenal.
There's nothing I can fault with Oshi casino, im very happy with all aspects
Thanks for your feedback! I do appreciate this. We work hard to make everything run smoothly for customers. :-)
Super Fast approvals and cashouts, great customer service and huge variarty of games
Thanks for your feedback! Rapid cashouts are a big deal for us.
Great casino. Very fast verification and withdrawl. I have never tried a online casino so fast, took less that an hour from I send my documents and ask for a withdrawl till it was accepted and my funds on the way. Perfect.
Would like to have more games. Im Living In Denmark and a lot of games and providors is restrichted.
Hi MA1969 not getting access to enough games from certain country jurisdictions is a problem. Using VPNs means you can bypass country restrictions if you want. We have an FAQ which shows number of games playable across 29 different countries. Upshot: connect from the right country and you can access around 2500 games from any country where you are allowed to have an account with Oshi.
A really great assortment of games. The customer service is easily available and friendly. Very good VIP services including cashback, free spins and their points system adds up quickly to bonus cash. I'm super happy to say the verification process took hours instead of days as with other sites and my withdrawal was processed immediately and in my e-wallet. What can I say? I'm impressed.
For a while I was becoming pretty discouraged. A lot of depositing and lost my confidence in making higher bets, but things have turned around recently and I'm hopeful for more good times. That is the nature of gambling I suppose.
Thanks for your feedback on the VIP team. And the thing to remember about gambling is that it's based on probability... You have a bad run, eventually you'll have a good run. Obviously the house will always have an edge, but you can mitigate that by playing certain slots with high return to player percentages and being smart about when you cash out. Anyhow, thanks for your feedback!
I love the games in the site very fast transaction. And I am happy that all the support is very friendly and always assist me as fast as they can.
Really enjoy playing hihihi
Hopefully soon oshi will not ask a lots of documents about widraw.
Thanks OHXOYUMMY, Interesting comment about the documents. I'm not sure why you were asked for documentation. Generally we avoid asking for documents if we can so we can speed up withdrawals (we make a big thing about our rapid cash out process)
Great experience. Really good bonuses (starting from 10 euros) and good range of games. The payments were made within minutes from the cash out request!
Thanks for sharing your experience with Oshi's rapid cash out. :-)
I almost loved this site. From how they give away free bonuses daily for a very reasonable minimum amount, to the very user friendly UI and to the easily accessible customer support chat for assitance in case you have problems.
I hope this wouldn't be taken in a negative way but if you will have all withdrawals almost near to real time withdrawal then you got my 10th stars so for now 9 would be a good start. Not bad right?
Thanks for your feedback. Instant cash outs are one of the most important things we work on. Why? Because if people can get the money instantaneously, we build trust. The downside to instant cash outs is risk of fraud i.e. somebody games the system and they can get their ill gotten meanings out instantly. So we constantly work on profiling players using algorithms so we can minimise risk. In your case, it sounds like there's some kind of very quick manual intervention? Generally once we've had a couple of manually paid cash outs and everything is okay, we then roll the account over to a fully automated payout. Anyhow, I'm grateful that you gave Oshi 9/10 stars. I appreciate that! Nick founder/Oshi
Good choice and range of software's, instant play
Weekly tournament's
Bonus points redeemable
Poor customer support
Misguidense to customer
No satisfying response
Lot of twisting statement
Background to this review: this customer has had some issues with a cash out to his bank which I've been investigating. Upshot: we think it's most likely an issue with the receiving bank. We think they've lost our payment to this customer. And sadly for us we've got a bad review out of it. :-(
A lot of game providers. Many bonuses to choose from even though I didn't get any bonus for my 4th deposit and I don't know why. The support is friendly but not very fast. My cashout didn't take more than 30min. I would advise you to try this casino if you are a gambler. Good words for this one.
I don't think there is any bad issue for me here yet. Standart Direx nv casino with professional manage
met.
Thanks for that! I'm glad the cash outs were quick :-)
Completly instant play
amazing selection of games
fast payouts until reach $ 2.500
tournaments
poor support
low withdrawal limits, is $2.500 per week and $10.000 per month
not 4.000 per transaction as it appears here on ask gamblers
if there´s some doubt about this, i have e-mail where they say "max withdraw is $2500 per week and $10.000 per month"
Thanks for your honest feedback. :-( On customer support, sometimes customer services get hit with an issue they either can't do anything about or don't have the answers for. I'm not sure what you talked to them about, but if it was to do with withdrawal limits and the gap between the published figures on AskGamblers and the ones in our terms and conditions, I could see why you might have ended up frustrated. Ultimately they wouldn't be in a position to change our terms and conditions, that would come down to me and or other key members of the team. On the withdrawal limits, most of our payment providers will allow withdrawals of around $4000 or currency equivalent per transaction, but If you read other reviews about us, you'll know we pay out very quickly. The downside to that is sometimes if there are multiple big winners, it can occasionally affect cash flow a little bit. So we decided to limit the maximum withdrawal amounts to $2500 a week or $10,000 a month or currency equivalent so we could be 100% sure that Oshi would be capable of paying out every legitimate winner. My next actions: I'm going to get one of the team to go through Oshi and where relevant, make it very clear that our maximum withdrawal limits are $2500 a week/$10,000 a month. I'll also send an email to our several hundred affiliate partners and ask them to highlight this point about withdrawal limits if they think it's relevant to their review of Oshi. Finally sorry about all this confusion, and thanks for flagging this issue up so we can make the facts clear to everyone. Thanks Nick Founder / Oshi
Great layout and a massive selection of games.
Customer service is always polite and great to chat with.
Payouts are quick and no hassle
Thanks for your feedback and I'm glad you are happy with cash out speed. It's a big deal for so many players. :-)
Opened account today after reading all the great feedback and was able to speak directly to the GM Nick who is a true gem. He is tech savvy and just gets it and understands what us players want and need. Being able to have my thoughts and suggestions listened to goes along way and Kudos to Nick and his team for hearing me out. Overall probably the best bitcoin casino in today’s market. Highly recommend.
Mobile site needs a bit of an upgrade some minor tweaking would do the trick to get this back to where needs to be.
Thanks for your feedback! I make a point of working with customer services and customers as much as I can so I can understand what the issues are and what's working. With the mobile site, we are finally about to launch a new version of Oshi, which will be fully mobile friendly. Based on our analytics, nearly half of our player sessions on mobile, so it's a huge priority for us.
Oshi casino has a fantastic game search where u can look for specific game features it also displays all game information on the thumbnail so you don’t need to load the game to find out what your playing! Great banking and bonus
Thanks about the feedback on the game search. And yes, I also love the instant game video!
The founder of Oshi.io contacted me directly after I have trouble organising something with customer support. Thanks Nick. Frank
Thanks for your feedback Frank. Customer services is something I take very seriously so I do what I can.
I love everything about this casino from only $10min betto the tournaments! The selection of awesome slots and if any problems arise the people are so nice to contact really quick responses to any problems. I love everything about this casino and can not find anything bad to say about it I really enjoy playing at this casino and I will definitely be playing at it for a very long.
Nothing at all I would change at Oshi it is the most perfect casino I have ever played in and I love it. I can not fault one single thing
Oshi casino has a fantastic game search where u can look for specific game features it also displays all game information on the thumbnail so you don’t need to load the game to find out what your playing! Great banking and bonus points which u can exchange for money or free spins.
I have had a few problems with the betsoft games and quite often the reels get stuck loose connection and get kicked out of the game!
Oshi casino is one of the best bitcoin casinos in my opinion. Played here a few times the impression is very positive for a relatively new casino everything is done at a fine level. They provides the great daily bonous
Lacks dedicated mobile app.
Has a limited Bitcoin payout of 5 BTC.
Oshi.io is a great place for all players who love slots... the game collection is overwhelming. 1489 slots -1907 games at all.
providers: Amatic Industries, Betsoft, Booming Games, Endorphina, Ezugi, Habanero Systems, iSoftBet, Mr Slotty, Net Entertainment, Pragmatic Play, SoftSwiss, Microgaming, Belatra, Booming, EGT, NYX, Spinomental, Yggdrasil. If you are searching for a specific game I am sure you will find it here. I only miss some Play`n Go & Thunderkick games.
The build your bonus tool is a nice feature... Choose from 20 different bonus types... from 81% deposit bonus + 200 free spins to 100% deposit bonus +105 free spins. The free spins can be used at 12 different games from SoftSwiss and are all available right away after the deposit (and not in chunks of 10 or 20 per day as most casinos handle it).
Over 10 different payment methods to choose from and my cash out request was done very fast. I really enjoyed playing at oshi casino.
Search engine is to tricky like in the most online casinos... A well designed search engine is so important, if you have so many games to choose from... .take a look at Vera & John Casino the search engine is one of the best I came across.
