I like Nomini Casino. I appreciate their several types of bonuses, more so the Welcome Bonus that come in seven different packages. Although I didn’t get the best one, I often randomly get free spins from time to time so that is another major steal for me. Plus, it’s a very friendly casino as it both accepts fiat and crypto currencies.

The only problem here is that the design seems a bit too childish? Sorry for the term but as a restaurant manager myself I know how important designs could be. It’s just that, don’t seem to understand what cute fruits have to do with gambling games? If they are used on slots, then that would be fine. But I am just worried that young ones might misinterpret what the site is all about.

Their bonus system is good. I also appreciate fast withdrawals, within 24 hours and even less. The games are also good, and their range so I can recommend.

1. Support staff is totally of no help to you, specially live chat staff
2. I today 15-Jan-2021 my time zone IST, asked transcript of chat that I had with live chat executive that I didn't got as promised after closing my chat window, live chat executive said that shift manager was asking me to send request email to receive chat transcript and closed chat from his end immediately. I have never seen worst support staff as it's in this casino
3. I emailed on wed regarding status of my deposit but till now as on Friday they had not responded back.
4. For Indian players, don't use net banking, it will fail and you guys have to wait for your funds if you are lucky you will get them with help of Askgamblers

The only downside is that they sit a bit on your money. I won around 1200 euros. The daily payout limit is 400. And you can have 3 pending payouts at the same time. This can increase, but that system is not transparent. I made my first withdrawal 22nd evening. Today is 28, there was a weekend in-between. So basically I got my money in 4 business days, account verification included. So it is not super fast payout, but the process is predictable and transparent.

Ambiguous rules that cause account blocking, one of the worst casinos I've ever dealt with, customer service that I don't reach anything. I finally won and i have now requested a withdrawal. Problem is that it took ages only to get a mail with the documentation request. This could have been on the page so people could do this in advanced. Documentation has now been but it has already taken a lot of time.

I was redirected to this casino through a referral link indicating a 200% non-sticky first deposit bonus, and apparently if you choose the wrong avatar while registering to the site, you are not available for the bonus? I would like to say game-selection, but that would be false since alot of the offered games are actually missing when you try to open them. For example Reactoonz and Moon Princess to name a few.
