I created an account at nitro casino last night. I deposited 2x € 50 euros with trustly. And I won € 2000, - I want this money paid out. 12 hours later I was asked for a copy ID to verify my account. This sent via email. I now have to wait how long it takes for my payout to be approved. Fast payout is in the slogan. I'm curious. Layout is very nice, you can easily search the site and customer service is very friendly :)
I had a chat with an employee, but I had to wait quite a long time before she could speak to me.
Other then that I have nothing negative to say about this casino.

My expectations was high when joined the casino, they have lots of games and the site looks nice. And is a sistercasino too 21.com and Justspin. And they offer free bonuses or freespins next day after you deposit. And as it says nitrospeed withdrawals but...
That is not what they offer my first withdrawal took 120 hours to reach my bank account! And when this casino not offers deposit bonuses, I thought, the next day offers would be good after depositing 400€ but I got only a 15€ bonus with 20-wagering, second time I deposited 200€ I got 50 free spins worth total 5€, 0,10 spin. Not what i would say fair enough.

Layout looks nice, wide selection of games, lots of free spins. Loading time of site and slots is good as well. I made a withdrawal twice (trustly) and it was in my bankaccount within 24 hours.
If you make a withdrawal you have to pay a fee ( 3 euro) which in my opinion is ridiculous. Almost every other online casino offers free withdrawals.

Nitro speed withdrawals? You mean Snail speed withdrawals. 72 hours to verify and process a withdrawal. in which world is that nitro speed, on snail planet probably. If they can’t guarantee nitro speed withdrawals they should not make an advertisement that way. Simply misleading the customer.
Furthermore, a withdrawal fee, which is absolutely a no go, plenty of casinos who don’t charge withdrawal fees. So you have to pay and wait long.
It takes ages to speak to a live support agent and who will only give you standard answers. They don’t go the extra mile. I would definitely not recommend this casino, lots of better casinos out there.

They advertise with nitro speed withdrawals on their website, however when I made a withdrawal and asked how long it would take they actually told me it would take up to 48 hours, what a joke. In my opinion nitro speed isn’t 48 hours. They should not mislead people by advertising with this information. The only reason which I can think that it will take 48 hours is because they don't actually care about the players, because of this long timeframe players will lose there pending withdrawal.
Also their responsible gaming is very bad, I can’t set a deposit limit in my own account (mobile phone) but I have to contact live support, which usually takes long. This is really bad.

Nice website layout and cool name but that's it. Nothing more to add to this although i'm supposed to write at least 150 characters of positive stuff about this casino
1. Transfer fee charges - charging 1 euro for every transaction made
2. NO welcome bonus whatsoever for new players
3. Terrible loyalty program - deposited and lost 600 euros, got 20euros bonus as daily reward with huge turnover, and only got it after i had to ask for it multiple times
4. Unable to verify account - the button for submitting documents is not working, cannot be clicked/entered
5. Often issues with games reconnecting on their own, and website refreshing
Overall i wouldn't recommend this casino to anyone, there are way better services you can get elsewhere. Just my opinion.

Nitro casino is one of the newest added casinos on Askgamblers and I noticed them right when they got added here. Their logo seemed cool, the name sounded appealing and I was intrigued to see what they have to offer. I noticed that they are from the same group as 21.com casino and Justspin casino which both are decent casinos I haven't had any issues with so I visited their website and signed up.
After verifying my phone number and email address I was able to login. I was looking for some information about their bonuses but they don't offer any welcome bonus, they claim to offer bonuses the next day after your deposit. They also claimed to have instant withdrawals so that's definitely a selling point. Sometimes I like to play without bonuses- I'd rather play without them than have offers with big wagering, so not having a welcome bonus wasn't a deal-breaker for me.
I made a deposit of 30 eur with my Mastercard and the money was in my account right away. One thing I have to say is that dislike the fact that there's a deposit fee- for my 30eur deposit I had 1eur service fee. I usually don't have to pay deposit fees so that's something I didn't like.
Regardless, the casino is powered by a range of good game providers including Netent, Play'n Go and others. I started to play Reactoonz. I was playing with minimum bets, managed to trigger Gargantooz within the first 50 spins and it paid 100x bet. Soon after that hit I decided to play Wild Frames- I do like the game but it's difficult to hit anything decent on it. I played it for a while, had a few 50x bet wins but never managed to get to the last wild frames feature and eventually lost my balance.
Overall I had a good time at Nitro casino. I like their concept, they have a nice variety of game providers, I'm interested to see what kind of rewards I will be eligible for now. The only thing I disliked was the deposit fee, besides that everything was really pleasant.
