After contacting livechat, they wrote to me that full verification may take up to 10 days and that I will receive an email. After 11 days with no response and repeated contact with support, they asked for the documents they already have. After sending them again and talking on live chat, I was supposed to receive an e-mail with information. I didn't get it. After contact again, they wanted proof of wealth. After sending them documents from work, they said they wanted information about the "transaction history of the method used to load the jeton." I sent them confirmation from the bank of loading the jeton and screenshots from another bookmaker that had previously paid me the funds. They rejected it. I wrote about it on live chat and they were supposed to verify it, and then I was supposed to receive an e-mail from them. Of course I didn't get it. 15 days have passed since the withdrawal attempt and the circus continues. Avoid this site at all costs. Additionally, there is no information about the license number, and there is no information about this website on the most popular jurisdiction websites. Possible fraud.
