1: They never verified my uploaded documents. I think this is a mandatory feature in the first place so no misunderstanding exists about this when hitting withdrawal. They where uploaded weeks before due but never taken into account.

2: I specifically wrote an email to support to close my account; most important for the above reason. Week or 2 later I could still login. There is no option to close the account from within the panel.

3: Weeks later they send me a free spin bonus. Obviously, this casino intention is not to take customer requests serious at all.

Apart from the 3 points above, they run games with capped bets. Sign for me for financial liability.

Unfortunately their support is lacking. Multiple times have I received poorly informed and rude support. N1 sends outs emails stating to come back the next day and ask for 70% cashback. Well, the email timestamp will be in your local time but may actually be sent the next day according to UTC time zone. Support does not understand this and will refuse to give to you. Therefore, N1 is doing a bait and switch by offering these offers to you but does not follow through on them. They state they work in UTC and will apply it only when it benefits them, will not apply that time to your email time. Knowledge of time zones is lacking. Will not escalate your concerns when asked. When it comes to your money, I would seriously be wary of places that have poor support. This customer will be going elsewhere.
