Seeing the reviews I decided to open an account and give it a try. After opening the account I received an email offering extra bonus if I make a deposit now. I was about to make a deposit but then decided to have my account verified first before making any deposits. I'm glad I did so.
I went to live chat and asked very simple questions: 1) What documents I have to send. 2) Who do I send it to (to which email). 3) How long it takes to verify an account. A support agent by the name Victor seemed lost with my enquiry and said to hold on as he will find out or ask someone. He left me on hold for 12 minutes.
When he came back he copied paste a reply to a player saying that the player cannot withdraw his winnings until the account is verified. Can you believe it?
Anyway, I told him that this kind of reply (of a player cannot withdraw his winnings) can scare away new customers. At this point I asked him to transfer me to someone else who is more knowledgeable. He refused and insisted that he will help me with my issue (as if I'm the one who has an issue). I said fine, please answer the 3 simple questions that I initially asked you. Instead, he was sending me these messages if there is something else he can help me with. Just unreal.
At this point I lost my patience with him and told him that thanks to him the casino lost a customer and that he makes the casino look like clowns. I send an email to support to tell them about my experience. Five days went by and still no reply.
