General Information About MyPrize
MyPrize was founded in 2023 and registered in Florida in 2024. The company’s CEO is Zach Bruch. One of the most interesting aspects of the site for me was the ‘Play Together’ feature, where gamers can play alongside what they call a ‘Premier Creator’. Currently, this position is held by comedian Marlon Wayans.
MyPrize operates on a sweepstakes casino model, so it doesn’t require a traditional gambling licence. However, players can still deposit and wager real money, only through a virtual, double-currency system.
The platform relies heavily on the social aspect in the sense that I could interact, play against, and bet alongside other players. MyPrize player reviews often praise the chatrooms, along with the game selection and interactive features.
When signing up for this MyPrize review, I could register with Google, X, Facebook, Apple, or my email. To save time, I chose Google, and my account was created in seconds.
Before I could do anything else, a ‘Claim Your Free Spin’ pop-up appeared. After I spun the wheel, it said I had ‘won’. However, what I won wasn’t exactly clear.
Then it presented three welcome offer options: 5k Gold Coins and 5 Sweeps Cash (SC) for $0.99, 400k Gold Coins and 40 SC for $19.99 (highlighted as the ‘most popular’), and 650k Gold Coins and 65 SC for $34.99.
I opted for the $5 option. I should note that these were the promotions when I visited in November 2026 while researching this MyPrize casino review, and they will likely change in the future. Check current bonuses and read this online casino review in full before signing up.
The minimum amount I can withdraw from MyPrize is $100, and the maximum is $3,000. MyPrize doesn’t enforce a standard minimum or maximum wagering amount. However, most providers set a minimum. For example, the minimum wager for Keno is 0.05 SC.
While MyPrize is made for US players, it is restricted in several states. The site is currently unavailable in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, and Washington. These restrictions result from sweepstakes casinos being outright prohibited in select states.
How Does MyPrize Casino Work?
As I mentioned before, I was prompted to purchase Gold Coins when I signed up for the site. Gold Coins can be used on the site for standard, entertainment-only play. They cannot be redeemed for real money or converted into SC. I could simply use them to play the sweeps stakes casino games featured on the site - nothing else.
Besides buying bundles, I could earn Gold Coins in several ways. For example, whenever my balance fell below 100, I could claim 1,000 Gold Coins for free.
Whenever I purchased a bundle of Gold Coins, I also received SC. For example, when I bought $0.99 worth of Gold Coins, I received 5 SC. Like Gold Coins, I could use SC to play games. However, unlike Gold Coins, you can redeem SC for real money.
There are several ways to earn SC on MyPrize without depositing. Every day I visited the site, I could claim the Daily Reload. Rakeback, Level-Up, and referral SC casino bonuses are also available.
MyPrize Promo Codes and Offers
As mentioned above, Gold Coins and SC can be earned through purchasing. The most popular deal is 400k Gold Coins and 40 SC for $19.99.
MyPrize also runs a VIP programme, which gives gamers the chance to increase their SC Rewards. VIP members receive weekly and monthly rewards, plus increased Rakeback and Level-Up rewards. For example, Gold members receive 3% Rakeback, while Sapphire, Jade, and Ruby VIP members receive 5% Rakeback.
To become a VIP member, I would have to play regularly on MyPrize. The more I play, the more Experience Points (XP) I’d receive and the more benefits I’d unlock.
Payment Information and Options at MyPrize
When I selected my $5 welcome offer, I could either pay with a debit/credit card or crypto. Skrill was listed, but required a minimum deposit of $19.99.
MyPrize accepts 10 different cryptocurrencies, including Ethereum, Bitcoin, Dogecoin, and Litecoin. When I select a specific crypto, a QR code appears, which I can scan to transfer crypto from my wallet to the site.
When I selected the debit/credit card option, I had to enter my full billing address. I didn’t want to do that, so I opted for crypto instead.
I selected Ethereum. After I had deposited the funds, it took five minutes for my deposit to appear in my account. I’m used to crypto casinos processing my payments instantly, so five minutes is long. I discovered on a support page that payments can sometimes take up to one hour to process. It’s possible to deposit a custom amount, with a minimum of the equivalent of $1.
The site only asked me to verify myself when I initiated a redemption. However, I found out that the platform may also request verification before high-stakes games. To verify myself, I was required to upload a photo ID. I used my passport, but I could also have used my driver’s licence or national identity card.
I was verified within three minutes. However, problems can arise at this stage, and MyPrize can take up to 72 hours to review documents manually.
I redeemed in Ethereum, and my prize money landed in my wallet in under a minute. However, debit/credit card redemptions can take 1 to 3 business days for funds to reach your account.
Customer Support at MyPrize
MyPrize is very limited when it comes to customer support. I had lots of questions about the site, and nobody answered them, since there was no chatbot available. Not even an AI agent.
The only way to contact the MyPrize team is to submit a request. When filling out the request, I had to provide my email address and location. I also had to categorise my request and write a short paragraph.
After I submitted it, I was told the team would be ‘in touch soon’, with no indication of how long it would take. They replied to my request exactly 10 minutes after I submitted it.
I asked about minimum and maximum withdrawal limits, and the reply I received was precise and detailed. It answered my question clearly. However, despite the helpfulness, I would still prefer a live chatbot available to assist whenever I need it.
I could reply with follow-up questions to the email that contacted me ([email protected]); however, this email is not provided on the site. The site also lacks a phone number and address, so the request process is the only way to contact MyPrize.
Games at MyPrize
As of November 2026, I found 2,161 slot games and 95 table games on MyPrize. Many of the classic casino games, such as Keno and Plinko, are MyPrize originals. Other providers used include TG, Red Tiger, and Penguin King.
With so many games, I would expect better filtering options. The site is so noisy and crammed full of games that I found it difficult to find what I was looking for.
I could only filter games by provider, popularity, and game type. For example, I could look specifically at table games or games provided by Relax Gaming. However, I found it inconvenient that I couldn’t filter games based on RTP, volatility, or prize amount.
To keep things simple, I decided to play Keno. I bet $1 and selected my 10 numbers. Like most versions of this game, I could select a risk level: low, medium, or high. I went for medium. I got two numbers correct, which won me a prize.
Although it's meant to be a simple game, I found the Keno board to be bland and uninteresting. The lack of colour really stood out in comparison to how bright and flashy the rest of the website is. It took the game around 5 seconds to load.
I also tried Cross the Lake, which was much more engaging due to its fun design. Planning a route and navigating the frog across the pond was fun, and the controls were easy to figure out. Unfortunately, I fell into the lake before I made it to the other side. Neither of the games I tested displayed volatility or RTP. While this information is less important for social casino gaming, it’s important for players gambling with real money.
I added Cross the Lake to my favourites list by clicking the love button below the screen. That way, I’ll be able to find it more easily next time.
I tested the games on the desktop. However, MyPrize also has app versions for both iOS and Android. These apps offer the same features and games as the desktop version.
MyPrize’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
MyPrize features responsible gambling tools. However, it is difficult to find these, and I really had to dig deep to find information about them.
No part of the site mentions or links to responsible gambling tools or affiliated companies. I had to scroll right to the bottom of the homepage and click on the ‘Responsible Social Play’ link under Resources. This took me to a six-page document detailing instructions for how to activate and use the platform’s tools.
There, I learned how to submit break and self-exclusion contact forms. I also learned how to set purchase, play, and daily time limits.
While it’s good that the site supports these tools, it could make them more accessible and easier to activate. Basically, all the tools required me to submit a contact form, which I imagine could put some players off. I prefer a simple and more intuitive gambling control dashboard.
