When I first started on the website, it was clear there were a few bugs within the software. They were very quickly resolved and workers made sure any problems that had occurred would be settled. After trying other casinos, the support and feel doesn’t match the look and appeal of MonkeyTilt.
I speak English because their support does not understand Portuguese. I won a prize 2 months ago, and I opened the account as told. Today I logged in, but there is no money. The agent Ebru first lied and said there was no stream. Then, when I proved there was a stream, the agent found another excuse, saying the prize can’t be paid now. I did everything required, but they don’t want to pay and the agents are lying. No timeframe for account was given, I did everything needed. Don’t play there.
