I deposited 495 PKR via Easypaisa/JazzCash through MegaPari's payment agent, Zubair Ali. The payment was successful from my side and amount was deducted.

The deposit form required me to enter 500 PKR, because the system does not accept 495 PKR. Due to this system error, my deposit was marked as failed / not credited, even though the money was received by their agent.

I have provided MegaPari support with:

1. All Transaction IDs (TIDs)

2. 3 Payment Receipts / Screenshots

3. Request ID and Account ID

4. Full Chat History

Despite providing complete proof, MegaPari support is deliberately delaying the case:

Agent Murat on 06 Nov at 07:56 PM told me: "Contact us in 12 hours for news. The finance team is working."

After completing 12 hours, Agent Shadow appeared and said: "No new updates yet. Please contact us after 24 hours."

This is the 4th time I have been told to wait 12 hours / 24 hours.

No Finance Ticket Number has been given to me.

No written confirmation of credit or refund has been given.

What I Want:

I request AskGamblers to intervene and ask MegaPari to either:

1. Credit 495 PKR to my account 1842526793 immediately, OR

2. Refund 495 PKR to my original payment method.

And provide a Finance Ticket Number with a final resolution date in writing.

I have all screenshots and receipts available to upload on request. This is not a bonus or withdrawal dispute; this is a simple missing deposit that Megapari is refusing to resolve.

Your support team has confirmed that the funds remain on the platform and that the case is still under review. I appreciate this confirmation, but I need a substantive resolution rather than repeated requests to wait.

I request the following:

1. Written confirmation that this formal complaint has been registered, including its reference number and registration date.

2. A specific explanation for why my 417.7 USDT withdrawal is blocked.

3. Confirmation of whether any action or documentation is required from me.

4. A clear timeframe for completing the investigation and releasing my funds.

My Megapari Account ID is 1841312617.

I deposited ₹500 into my Megapari account on 16 October 2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my account as of 29 October 2026.

I have contacted your support team several times regarding this issue. However, every time I contact support, I am repeatedly asked to wait another 12 or 24 hours. Despite waiting for so many days, my deposit remains uncredited, and I have not received a proper resolution.

It is unacceptable to keep asking a customer to wait repeatedly without resolving the issue or providing a clear explanation.

I request that Megapari investigate this matter urgently and take one of the following actions:

1. Credit the pending ₹500 deposit to my Megapari account immediately, or

2. Refund the ₹500 to the original payment method if the deposit cannot be credited.

Please provide a clear explanation for this delay and a final resolution within 24 hours. I do not want another repetitive response asking me to wait an additional 12 or 24 hours without any actual progress.

I hope Megapari will take this complaint seriously and resolve the issue without further delay.

I am contacting you to check if you could help me regarding my withdrawals not being processed by MegaPari platform.

I did not receive the two withdrawals.

1. First withdrawal was requested on 7th September, 2026 for an amount of ₹5050 INR. MegaPari shows that withdrawal was sent via E-transfer No. 5253637571 using "Bank transfer", for an amount of ₹5050 INR on 07-09-2026 at 17:33. However, I did not receive the amount in my bank.

2. Second withdrawal was requested on 24th September, 2026 for an amount of ₹26300 INR. MegaPari shows that withdrawal was sent via E-transfer No. 5323589931 using "Bank transfer", on 24-09-2026 at 02:16.

I had contact at the chat support who declined to give a ticket number. I am attaching a video recording of the screen. Further, I tried to contact them over the phone on < phone number removed >. But there is no live agent. The call ends abruptly asking us to call them over the telegram. On Telegram, there is no live agent. It's only a bot.

While chatting with Viktor (customer service representative), I came to know that both the payments were sent to incorrect account number ending with 61****95. This is not my account number. I have no idea to whom this account belongs.
