Page 2 – Player Reviews for Mega Dice Casino

The game variety at Mega Dice Casino is excellent, featuring titles from top providers. The live casino section provides an authentic experience, and the mobile version runs smoothly, making it easy to play wherever you are.

The downside is the withdrawal process, which can be slower than other casinos. The payment methods are somewhat limited, and expanding customer service hours would improve the experience for players in different time zones.

Mega Dice Casino offers a wide selection of games, with everything from classic slots to live dealer experiences. The platform is easy to navigate, and their bonus offerings are very attractive for new players, ensuring a rewarding start.

Although the platform is strong, the withdrawal times could be quicker. Customer support, while responsive, isn’t available 24/7, which could lead to delays for players needing help during off-hours.

I find the interface really easy to use, and the bonuses are pretty sweet, especially for new users like me. Game collection has got it all—slots, live dealers, and more—for a top-notch gaming experience!

Despite its strengths, the withdrawal process could be quicker, which might frustrate players. Also, customer support isn't 24/7, so you might be on your own during late-night Netflix binges. And hey, can we get some more payment options up in here?

I love their welcome bonuses. It's quite generous, the conditions are a bit too much though. And I love that they keep sending new promotions. I also love how easy to use Mega Dice on Telegram.

They ask KYC upon withdrawal even though promote themselves as no kyc which is fair. Many casinos ask for kyc but at least they don't promote as no KYC.

What I like, was the purportedly "crypto" no KYC, proclaimed casino, they claim to be. With functionality such as WalletConnect and all the crypto deposit methods you can think of.

They are not a "crypto" friendly casino at all, and seem to be one of the thousands of crypto scams out there. Upon request of withdrawal, they will make obsolete the benefits of privacy in the new web and request all the KYC documents you can think of, from ID photos, to selfie's, to Proof of Address documents. All of which go against everything a true "crypto" casino would stand for. I submitted my passport photo for ID and bank statement for Proof of Address. Upon receiving these documents, they then requested I take a selfie with my passport, which I reluctantly provided also, in hopes of getting my withdrawal. After that, they said I needed to take a "clearer" selfie and provide a utility bill for Proof of Address. I again, obliged and took another selfie and sent them my phone bill, as I do not pay utilities other than that.
This even still was not enough and they requested I provide a paper copy of a utility bill, even after I made it clear, I do not have any, and even if I did, they are all electronic PDF's, because in my country, most of us opt out of paper billing these days, in hopes of preserving and saving the environment.
So they've now kept my payment hostage and will not process it, which is why I'm posting this scathing review here today.

Steer clear of this fake/scam crypto casino for your own privacy and safety.

Mega Dice Casino offers a seamless and convenient payment experience, catering to diverse player preferences. The array of payment options, including credit cards, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency, ensures flexibility and security in transactions. The swift withdrawal process further enhances the player's experience, facilitating timely access to winnings without undue delays.

Despite the comprehensive payment options, occasional delays in withdrawal processing, particularly during peak hours, have been noted. Enhancing the efficiency of withdrawal procedures through better coordination with payment processors or the implementation of automated systems would elevate overall player satisfaction. Moreover, extending the availability of customer support to provide round-the-clock assistance for payment-related inquiries would offer added convenience to players across different time zones.

According to my experience, the best feature is an extensive range of games, ensuring there's something for every player's preference. Also rewards players generously with various bonuses and promotions, showcasing a commitment to player satisfaction and loyalty.

Although secure, I think the payment options are limited. it should increase payment methods to accommodate a broader audience. If it could increase the language options would enhance accessibility for international players.

Overall design, different deposit and withdrawal methods, large supply of games and helpful live chat agents which make the entire process of doing everything easier.

There is none really to dislike - I really enjoy my time while in the casino. One thing that could be done better is the welcome bonus - but when reached out to support, they said they’d fix the issue around it being unclear.
