I am requesting the assistance of the AskGamblers Complaint Team regarding an unresolved withdrawal dispute with Lukki Casino.

On 4 August 2026, I deposited €375 into my Lukki Casino account. Following my play, my available balance increased, and I requested a withdrawal of approximately €1,944 to my Ethereum cryptocurrency wallet.

The withdrawal has now been outstanding for almost one month.

The situation has become particularly concerning because Lukki Casino has provided no clear explanation as to why my withdrawal has repeatedly failed.

I have attempted to communicate with Lukki Casino by email, but the casino has been largely unresponsive. There is also no live-chat facility available to me, leaving me with no effective means of obtaining an explanation or resolving the matter directly.

The only substantive communication I received from Lukki was an indication that some information did not match the information provided during registration. However, Lukki has not identified what information supposedly does not match, nor have they provided me with a specific discrepancy that I can clarify or rectify.

I subsequently logged into my Lukki account on 26 August 2026 and found that the casino had apparently made an administrative decision to close my account. The message indicated that any remaining funds should be withdrawn.

I therefore submitted another withdrawal request on 26 August 2026.

That withdrawal was subsequently rejected.

This is now the third occasion on which my withdrawal has been rejected.

I am therefore left in the position where:

I deposited €375.

My account balance subsequently increased to approximately €1,944.

I requested a withdrawal of my funds to my Ethereum wallet.

The withdrawal has been rejected three times.

Lukki has not provided a clear explanation for the repeated rejection.

Lukki has referred vaguely to information not matching my registration details, but has not identified what information is allegedly incorrect.

Lukki subsequently closed my account by administrative decision.

I was told to withdraw any remaining funds, yet when I attempted to do so, the withdrawal was rejected again.

I have been unable to obtain a meaningful response from the casino.

I am not asking for preferential treatment. I am simply asking Lukki Casino to provide a transparent explanation and, provided there has been no legitimate breach of its terms, release the funds that remain owed to me.

I am willing to provide AskGamblers with screenshots of my account, withdrawal history, correspondence with Lukki, evidence of my deposits, the withdrawal requests, and the Ethereum wallet information/transaction records necessary to establish the history of the transaction.

I would be grateful if the AskGamblers Complaint Team could contact Lukki Casino directly and request a substantive response.

I have successfully made deposits and withdrawn funds to the casino in rubles using cryptocurrency before this situation. I am attaching screenshots of the transactions.

The casino no longer outputs the RUB currency to the crypto wallet.

Therefore, it's not my fault that they can't withdraw my money. Let them change RUB to EUR or come up with something else. Maybe the Casino will make an exception and withdraw RUB in cryptocurrency.

The casino did not warn me that the RUB currency could no longer be converted to cryptocurrency, it was their fault.

In the technical assistance chat, I was asked to make a withdrawal to the card without verifying the card.

Here is a quote from the chat: "Rachel from Lucky: As far as I understand, no, you do not need to top up your account and verify your card.

In accordance with our anti-money laundering policy, we must make withdrawals using the same payment method that was used to replenish the account,

except in cases where it is not available for withdrawal. If the cryptocurrency is not available, you can withdraw funds to the card."

I attach screenshots of the correspondence.

At first I did so, but after 36 hours the withdrawal was canceled due to the fact that there was no replenishment from the card))

There they contradict themselves. I also believe that if I made deposits in the form of cryptocurrency, then let them be withdrawn in the same form.

I use cryptocurrency and make deposits from a crypto wallet, because in my country the Visa and Mastercard card system is under sanctions.

Banks may simply not notice these transactions, and it will take a very long time. And we're back to where we started.

48 hours to review the application, then 7 banking days to complete the transaction, cancel and refund, all this may take a month or more.

I ask for your help in solving my question at this casino.

I am completely verified player and Lukki casino states it will process payments in 48 hours. My Skrill withdrawal has now been pending for almost a week. I have contacted support several times but only gotten generic answers stating that my bank withdrawal is pending. But this is not a bank transfer but a Skrill withdrawal.

Lukki casino has been delaying my withdrawal for more than 48 hours I asked the livechat and they told me every time the same copy and paste answers that I should wait another day till the payment is processed. I never had problems like this with the casino group before.

Could you help me to solve this problem?
