Awful return on the game I played - 200 quid in and not one bonus game in over 800 spins. I then spoke to the customer service live chat team asking them to permanently exclude me from this casino and all their affiliates, and they tried to convince me to keep playing stating that luck might be just round the corner!!!

Games take long to load and sometimes you have to try several times to load them. Customer service was nice, but not very quick. I also had problems depositing with Visa.
