got my bonus for new player 25$ i i I play won $1341 and I need withdraw .So when I text message by live chats but no one answer and when I asked to be paid on their Live Chat they blocked me. I don't know reason when I deposit playa and online on casino by my card so easy and lost money for pay and play but when i won casino online have a lot of reason in reject for payback to players by exploit . I have picture when I got money . I always concentrate on when I play slot when i got won have sometime on web like error , problem can't put spin anything . Payout troubles

I played on the kings chance download casino for about 3 years now. This is the first time they habe ignored my live chat with them with regard to my withdrawal. Up to now I received 2 payments of R10 000 zar where my withdrawal is R30 000. I do not get any response from their live chat when I enquire about the rest pf my pay out. And I must say this has been a strugle since my withdrawal on the 28th.

Waiting for my winnings or my money back

I win 100 euros at this casino ! I put 25 euros without playing them and i get max cash out 100 euros!At first i had problem with withdrawal request i couldn't request a withdrawal because of missing a document which i had given already !Now I have requested a withdrawal (06/02/2016) one time and it has been redeposited into my account telling me that missing the id neteller , but it wasn't missing and after telling when i ask why happened this that there are rules without saying any other comment ! I requested withdrawal second time(09/02/2016) and they tell me the withdrawal is processed in up tp 72h and this is the last day to be processed !The chat communication is poor, many times you asked them 3-4 times to answer you !I would just like to pay me my winnings or my money back!

Using Stalling Tactics to Delay Payment

I have requested a withdrawal three times now and it has been redeposited into my account without any kind of explanation, no email from accounting, no communication whatsoever. I would just like them to pay me. Every time I go to live chat they always have a different reason as to why it was redeposited. Today they said if I re-request the withdraw it should go through. That is what they said all along, though. I just want my money. Please help me.

Account locked/refusal to refund

I opened a new account at Kings Chance after being sent a bonus offer. I made my deposit and won and when I tried to collect my winnings, I was locked out of my account. When I contacted the casino, I was told that the account was being investigated. After over a month of being locked out with no resolution, I demanded my initial deposit returned. The casino agreed and was to issue the deposit refund over 2 weeks ago, yet I still have not received my refund. To date, I have yet to receive any resolution on the lock out of my account or refund of my initial deposit.
