Jupi Casino is one of the newest casinos I joined. I hadn't heard of them before but a few days ago I had received an email saying that if I voted for them on Askgamblers as the best new casino, I would receive a free chip. The bonus was 5eur free chip so it wasn't something I was particularly interested in, but I still decided to take a closer look at what they have to offer. 

To start off, when I checked them on Askgamblers, I saw that my country wasn't allowed there, yet I was able to join the casino and my country was on the registration list, so perhaps they've changed their rules regarding restricted countries. Then I saw that they offer Pragmatic Play, Netent and other provider games I liked, so I decided to make a small deposit of 25 eur. I initially thought I might claim their welcome bonus offer but after reading the terms I decided to play bonus free. The welcome bonus they offer is a 120% match bonus- of course the match bonus has better value than other welcome offers where you get only 100% match bonus. But I decided not to claim it for two reasons. 

First of all, the bonus didn't offer any free spins on top and required a 25 eur deposit to claim it. And second, the most important reason was the wagering requirements. The welcome bonus had 40x deposit + bonus wagering requirements, which were way too high for my taste. I wouldn't even claim it if it was a 35x or 30x deposit + bonus, unless the match bonus was significantly bigger. And to add to that, I thought it was a bit strange that bets under 50 cents wouldn't count towards wagering. I rarely play with 50 cent bets unless I have a big balance, so I thought it was quite restrictive.

Having said that, my deposit was smooth and I started to play Great rhino Megaways. I hit a bonus round quite quickly but it only paid 30x bet so then I moved on to Twin Spin which took my balance very fast without giving me a single big win.

Overall I had a decent time at Jupi casino but I don't plan to come back. While they have some other casino offers besides the welcome bonus, I find their terms to be restrictive and wagering requirements to be way too high for my preference. They do have a nice game selection but for me they didn't stand out with anything particularly special.

Casino stands out for its announcements like fast withdrawals that are simply not correct. Verification was not done after 72 hours, the whole thing took a good 10 days. There was no verification e-mail, even if documents are missing, you will not receive an e-mail. Payouts are of course not paid on time.

Ok so very pleasantly surprised by this one.
