• Lifetime cap: You can only ever withdraw 250% of your total deposits. Win big early? Tough luck — they basically force you to “pay your dues” by losing more before you can take profits. This is single-handedly one of the most greedy, anti-player rules I’ve seen.
Even if you navigate that minefield, processing takes 72 hours to 15 working days — with the longer end feeling like a deliberate tactic to pressure you into cancelling and gambling your winnings back. Support claims it’s for “security,” yet other reputable sites handle secure payouts in hours. In my case, after 6+ days they still couldn’t give a timeline or even confirm they’d looked at the request.
Then it gets truly disgusting: While my €280 withdrawal was pending (and after I’d already proactively uploaded full KYC documents), they sent me a free spins email as bait. When I tried to log in, my account was suddenly blocked with no prior warning. Live chat support (when they actually bother to appear) hit me with their favourite get-out clause: “Term and Condition 3.1 – we can close your account at any time, at our sole discretion, without explanation.” They offered to refund only my deposits while refusing to process the pending winnings.
Support is another joke — “24/7” is a blatant lie. They’re barely online, responses are useless, and they push you to email a finance team that ghosts you.
