General Information About Jamslots Casino
You can join Jamslots Casino by registering via your email, which you must verify. It takes a few minutes to create an account, but once you do, nothing changes. There’s one settings button which lets you check your profile and one for deposits and withdrawal.
The online casino is licensed and regulated in Anjouan, giving access to players worldwide. The licence isn’t featured in the casino footer, but we checked the official register and confirmed it. There aren’t any menus you can use to navigate around the site and all the games appear to be packed on the homepage.
We grabbed 25 Free Spins to test if Jamslots Casino bonuses work, and we’re pleased to report that they do. However, we failed to find casino bonus information within separate bonuses, but it’s indicated that the wagering requirements for each is 30x.
Jamslots Casino gives you an option to change the languages, but the casino appears to be a mixed bag. So, read our detailed online casino review before you proceed.
Payment Information and Options at Jamslots Casino
Jamslots Casino offers several deposit and withdrawal methods, including cards, Interac, Pix and Bitcoin. Overall, deposits are working smoothly and we encountered no issues upon the process. The money showed up immediately on our account and we started spinning through some slots.
Withdrawals are simple too, but you need to have a verified account to proceed. The maximum monthly limit is set to $50,000. However, we found this in Terms and Conditions:
“Jamslots has the right to determine its own payment and withdrawal terms and maximum and minimum withdrawal amount for each procedure, which may differ depending on the withdrawal method, account status and other possible factors affecting the withdrawal process.”
This sentence raises an alarm for us, so we urge our players to be careful.
Customer Support at Jamslots Casino
You can contact chat support through the settings icon at the top of the screen. There’s a chatbot and it provides solid answers for some queries but not as great for others. Some answers felt generic. The live chat is open 24/7.
The alternative is to send an email, which gives you a better chance to receive more valuable information from someone at the casino.
Games at Jamslots Casino
Perhaps the brightest point of the casino besides deposits and quick registration are games. There’s a decent number of online slots, while players can enjoy live casino games from top providers, as well as instant and table games.
But, just like everything else with Jamslots Casino, it’s far from perfect and it feels unfinished. The games are separated into different categories, so you can find themes, top games, new and trending games, recently played, etc. However, you can’t click on those categories to check all titles.
Everything is listed on one page and there are no filters or any kind or groups you can check. There’s a search bar, so you can look for your favourite games there. Not having the ability to browse through games quickly and explore different categories really takes away from having fun at the casino.
Jamslots Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
At Jamslots Casino, you can set a loss limit or self-exclude via chat support. Changing the limit to more restrictive takes effect immediately, while changing the limit to less restrictive takes effect 48 hours after the change.
There’s a responsible gambling page with very little information.
