Nothing, don't waste your time, there's lot of other casino out there.
First, the game load so slow comparing to other casino who provides the same games from the same gaming providers.
Secondly, if you win, be prepared to have your winnings to be pending for 3 days, yes, 3 days, in this 21st century, there are still casino that hold your winnings for 3 days and need 3 days to verify your documents, which takes 6 days and take 3-5 days before the money reaches your bank, which is 9-11 days in total, I'd rather lose my 2000€ which I withdrew than waiting for 9-11 days for the money to come in which is no fun whatsoever caused they make you look like you're desperate to play in their casino, in fact, there are lots more casino out there in the UK, easy and fast payout. I mean, everytime you win, you're willing to wait for 3 days? Really?
Third, customer support, some of them are good, but some of them cut me off after answering my questions just like that without asking is there anything else she/he can help me with or not.
Fourth, oh the bonus, be careful, you can only withdraw 2x the amount of what you deposited after all that wagering, if you can wager it.
