General Information About Hupislots
When researching this Hupislots review, I found that the casino is owned by Palmirico Online OÜ, a company based in Tallinn that started in February 2025. The gambling site is registered with the Estonian Tax and Customs Board (EMTA), and its gambling license number is HKT000103.
According to the EMTA, Hupislots is the only online casino currently owned by Palmirico Online OÜ. Hupislots player reviews are limited, and the site hasn’t yet run into any regulatory problems.
As soon as I entered the site, the current sign-up offer appeared as a pop-up on my screen. This came across as pushy, as I hadn’t even had a chance to view the game selection yet.
It offered ‘100% up to €500 + 100 Free Spins’.
I selected ‘€20’ to start with. I was then immediately taken to a Trustly checkout page. Here, I was prompted to select the bank I would use for the deposit.
Hupislots also offers additional bonuses for second, third, and fourth deposits. Bonuses gradually get smaller, with the fourth deposit bonus being ‘25% up to €1,000 + 100 Free Spins’. There are also VIP program options available, with the biggest bonus available being a ‘€25,000 cash bonus with a x40 wagering requirement’.
These were the bonuses available when I wrote this Hupislots casino review (November 2026). Bonuses are subject to change, so I’d advise new gamers to check the current welcome bonus offers before signing up. Bonuses on Hupislots are only valid for five days.
It’s important to mention here that, being a Pay n Play casino, there is no official ‘sign-up’ process. Instead, my deposits and withdrawals were handled by Trustly, which verified my ID and passed on this data to the casino. This ensured that the casino remains KYC (Know Your Customer)-compliant, while also allowing me to play instantly.
Payment Information and Options at Hupislots
Hupislots supports a wide range of payment methods and caters to both Estonian and Finnish players. In total, there are 16 banking options available. There was a drop-down menu in the top right corner that allowed me to switch between Estonian and Finnish options.
All payments are processed through Trustly. This payment method allowed me to transfer funds from my account to Hupislots without needing to use an e-wallet or input my bank credentials.
There were seven Estonian banking options: Swedbank, SEB, LHV Pank, Revolut, Coop Pank, Luminor, and Citadele.
And 10 Finnish banking options: OP, Nordea, S-Pankki, Danske Bank, Säästöpankki, POP Pankki, Revolut, OmaSp, Aktia, and Ålandsbanken.
Given that Revolut appears on both lists, the site supports 16 unique banking options.
I opted for Revolut. A QR code appeared, which I scanned to connect my bank and deposit funds. Funds appeared immediately in my account. While I didn’t make a withdrawal, I should note that withdrawals can take as long as 24 hours to be processed.
Hupislots makes it clear in their FAQs that they’ll cover the transaction costs. However, players may be charged a payment fee depending on their chosen method. Revolut didn’t charge me for anything beyond my deposit amount.
Only deposits and withdrawals in EUR are accepted. So, players planning on using another currency — or cryptocurrency, for that matter — should use a different casino site.
Interestingly, the deposit and withdrawal maximums and minimums differ. The minimum deposit on the site is €20, and the maximum is €10,000. On the other hand, the minimum withdrawal is €40, and the maximum is €7,500. Gamers should bear this in mind when managing their funds. They should also note that there is no minimum or maximum single transaction limit, so they should exercise caution when placing bigger bets. According to the customer support agent I spoke to, Hupislots may set daily and weekly withdrawal limits based on the payment provider.
As aforementioned, ID verification is not required on the site itself, as this is handled by Trustly. I also discovered that if a Hupislots account remains inactive for a period of 12 months or longer, a €5 monthly administration fee may be applied.
Customer Support at Hupislots
Hupislots features both a 24/7 chatbot and an email support option, but lacks a phone number.
When I opened the Chatbot, I was asked to input my name and email. Within a second of submitting details, the chatbot asked which language I required. The three language options available were English, Suomi, and Eesti keel. Although limited, these options make sense given that the site is currently only available in Estonia and Finland.
I asked to be switched to a human agent. Although the chatbot told me I was ‘1 in the queue’, I still had to wait 5 minutes for a human to reply to me.
I knew the website had demo versions of its games, so I asked the agent if it was possible to play these without depositing money. After two to three minutes, the agent replied: ‘More 5 minutes, please.’
Overall, I found the wait time between replies slow, and the replies unclear. This can partially be blamed on the fact that I was corresponding in English. I imagine the replies would be clearer in Estonian or Finnish.
On the other hand, the AI bot handled my request to talk to a human agent immediately. In my experience on other sites, I’ve had to ask several times for the bot to accept my request. I’d say this is a definitive plus point of the site’s customer support.
Games at Hupislots
As of November 2026, Hupislots features 3,155 slots and 667 live game options. The slot games come from a wide range of providers, including BGaming, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play’n GO. The majority of the live games are provided by Pragmatic Play Live.
Despite the wide selection, Hupislots doesn’t make it easy to filter options. I could only filter options by game type (Slots, Live, Game Shows, Table) and by game provider. There are no options to filter results based on theme, volatility, bonus features, or any other common filter category found on other gambling sites.
The filter options that are available aren’t exactly helpful either. There are 222 BGaming games currently on the site. When I filtered this provider, I had to scroll through nine pages of games to get to the bottom of the list. Luckily, there is a search feature at the top, but, being totally new to the site, I found there was no way to narrow down even the theme of the game I was looking for.
While I could not filter based on RTP (Return to Player), all relevant information related to game probability and fairness can be found within each game. I played Monster Hunt, which features an RTP of 94.65%. The game features five rows and three reels and is incredibly easy to pick up and play.
I also tried Temple Tumble, which comes with an RTP of 96.25%. I was able to successfully match enough symbols to unlock some Free Spins.
All games on Hupislots come with a ree demo version, which allows me to try a few other games — Joker Queen, Alien Fruits, and Arrow Slots — without risking any money.
Hupislots’ Commitment to Responsible Gambling
Under the ‘Help’ section, I found a link to a page dedicated to ‘Responsible Gaming’. Here, Hupislots’ relatively extensive list of tools can be found. Notably, the website supports wager limits, deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion, and session time tracking. The EMTA has strict licensing conditions and demands that casinos offer limits, timeout tools, and exclusion options, which Hupislots appears to satisfy.
I found that I could activate any of the responsible gambling tools either via the settings in my profile or through the live chat feature. Specifically, I set an account limit via the chat feature. Again, the wait time was around five minutes. However, once I told the agent the amount and timeframe of my limit, he added it to my account within two minutes.
