Thought I'd give credit where credit is due. I love their no-sticky welcome package, it is a true no-sticky bonus unlike lots of other casinos. I used all the welcome package and was contacted by a VIP host Lina, who said she wanted to be my VIP host and wanted to verify me fully to give me a 10% cashback on all deposits. She also offered me bonuses in the form of free spins or no-sticky bonuses however I wanted to choose. I receive my cashback every week on time and have multiple no-sticky bonuses a week to utilize. These range from 50% to 100% on up to $500 from what I've seen. I can't say enough good things about my host or support on the site. All engagement I've had has been a positive one.

As for the site, it is miles ahead of others in terms of user friendly and very clean looking. The site looks just the way anyone would expect from a high-end site that seems to care for their customers. I have had several cash outs with 0 issues and always receive my cash out to my bank account within 30min. Anyone from Canada knows that that is not an easy thing with other casinos.

Nothing to like about their treatment of customers from my experience. Their welcome offer on the face of it appears good. A "non sticky" bonus where they state the following: "You play with your real money first. The bonus wagering and game restrictions don’t start until you drop down to your bonus balance. That means you are free to play whatever you want for whatever stakes you prefer BEFORE you hit your bonus balance."
Clearly this is not true from how they have treated me.

I have sent multiple verification documents to high roller and finally got my account verified. I had a withdrawal pending of $3,000 having won with my cash bet. They have no stated, after all verification that I have broken some ridiculous terms. I would not recommend this site to my worst enemy and would advise avoiding them at all costs!

Honestly I would have given it a higher rating but I've been having an issue verifying my account (I think). I was able to withdraw my winnings before. My last withdraw was reversed. Not sure what the issue is since the site doesn't tell me if I'm verified or not, unless I'm not seeing something. I honestly don't know if I'm verified lol.

I think I only deposited once (maybe more, not sure). later on I had a huge win with one of their bonus offers. I withdrew and received some of it, played and withdrew again but the money was reversed.

Withdrawals are really fast. The fact that withdrawals are processed so fast is important, as you wont get the chance to regret them and lose all your money fast. Betit Operations Ltd Casinos has added another gem to their collection called High Roller Casino. They are great casinos, with high ratings, very fast withdraws and pretty good support. As I remember they are established at the end of the previous year and I know that I opened my account back then but the fact they only have 2 deposit paying option for my country only Master and Paysafe so that was the reason and still is I rarely deposit here.

Still don't understand they are from same group or have the same owner as for example there is still an option at SuperLenny and Kaboo casinos to make deposits via Neteller as for Thrill casino and High Roller isnt, why still don't know or maybe Kaboo and Super Lenny will cut that option in the near future.

After a little chat with their customer support agent, I made an account and deposited. I made a deposit using my credit card and for 50eur deposit I was supposed to get 100eur bonus. Luckily enough their live chat was available and a few moments later I was credited with the bonus I was supposed to get.

With a very nice bankroll of 150eur I had to wager 4500 eur. The first game I wanted to play was Drive but for some reason I couldn't find it on their site. Nevertheless, my balance was higher than usually, so I decided to play Twin Spin but with 1.25 bets per spin. Unfortunately the game was very dry from the very beginning. I didn't get any higher wins than 20x bet which led me to losing all money in less than an hour.

I do like this site. It's easy to work around. I do like the variety of different games. The process for a payout is pretty fast aswell. It did take a couple of deposit before I manage to win enough to withdraw.

It says it instantly when processed to your card on their site but when I asked chat I was told 1-5 days which I assume is working days. So it's abit confusing. I also have found that some games even they say playable on mobile they don't let me and crash.

What I like most is the service! I opened an account yesterday and made a small win. I tried to withdraw via banktransfer and I had paid with creditcard.
