Well, I must admit that the live chat confused me completely at first at Frogbet. I got very detailed replies from the chatbot about the welcome bonus, and I don’t say this often, but I really got some useful information from it.
When I asked about how to set a deposit limit, it confused my question with a cool-off request, so it transferred me to a support agent. At least I think it did, because it took a few minutes to get confirmation that my account won’t be put on a timeout.
So I asked about that limit again, and nobody replied for about 10 minutes. Also, you will notice that there is no name in the chat, so you won’t know who you’re talking to. However, when the agent replied, they informed me that it had to be done manually.
I asked them to put a $100 deposit limit on my account, and nothing happened.
While this can be frustrating, it is still my preferred method for getting help at a casino. You can email the support team, but you will probably have to wait for a reply again, but you will, hopefully, get one.
