General Information About Frogbet Casino
Frogbet Casino is owned by 3-102-940062 SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica and licensed by the Anjouan Gaming Board, under the licence number ALSI-202512022-FI1.
Setting up an account at Frogbet online casino is super easy, and I only had to provide my email address and enter the verification code I received.
If you prefer, you can sign up using your Google or Telegram account, or MetaMask crypto wallet. I haven’t tested these options, but I’m sure they are equally fast as the email option.
I didn’t get a welcome bonus offer when I signed up, and I couldn’t find any on the website, so I asked support about it. Apparently, Frogbet offers two welcome bonuses, one regular and one VIP.
The regular offer gives 150% up to $1,000 and 100 Free Spins, for a minimum deposit of $20, while the VIP bonus gives 175% up to $5,000, plus the 100 Free Spins. Both bonuses have a 35x wagering requirement on both your deposit and bonus amount.
Since you don’t get the bonus offer after you sign up, you will need to claim it yourself from the Promotions section after you make the qualifying deposit and before making your first bet.
Payment Information and Options at Frogbet Casino
Frogbet is a crypto-only casino, meaning that you can’t deposit using any fiat deposit methods. The selection of cryptocurrencies is good, and you should have more than 10 available options to choose from.
If you don’t have any cryptocurrency but still wish to join Frogbet Casino, you can buy crypto via Changelly.
Since I typically use USDC for my deposits, I made the payment with USDC on the Ethereum network. The transaction was fast, and the funds were in my account when I checked a few minutes later.
The minimum deposit is $10, and the minimum withdrawal amount is the same. There is no information about the maximum withdrawal amounts in the terms and conditions, but you can find it through chat support.
The chatbot informed me that the maximum withdrawal amount is $250,000 per week, and the terms and conditions say it’s $1,000,000 per week, so that’s a bit confusing. There are no daily limits.
The winnings are capped at $1,000,000 per session, and that amount would need to be paid in weekly instalments if the chatbot has the correct information. Otherwise, you can reach out to customer support via email and ask about those limits, if needed.
Customer Support at Frogbet Casino
Well, I must admit that the live chat confused me completely at first at Frogbet. I got very detailed replies from the chatbot about the welcome bonus, and I don’t say this often, but I really got some useful information from it.
When I asked about how to set a deposit limit, it confused my question with a cool-off request, so it transferred me to a support agent. At least I think it did, because it took a few minutes to get confirmation that my account won’t be put on a timeout.
So I asked about that limit again, and nobody replied for about 10 minutes. Also, you will notice that there is no name in the chat, so you won’t know who you’re talking to. However, when the agent replied, they informed me that it had to be done manually.
I asked them to put a $100 deposit limit on my account, and nothing happened.
While this can be frustrating, it is still my preferred method for getting help at a casino. You can email the support team, but you will probably have to wait for a reply again, but you will, hopefully, get one.
Games at Frogbet Casino
Frogbet’s game lobby features around 4,500 online slot games from over 20 software providers. While it’s not even close to some of the game collections I have seen out there, there is a decent choice of games from some of the most popular providers in the industry, such as Pragmatic Play, BGaming or NetEnt.
You can filter games by provider if you have a favourite. I filtered BGaming’s slots and tried my luck with Alien Fruits. The graphics are so cool, and I even got some decent wins out there, enough to play for a little while. The game ran smoothly, and I experienced no lag.
The only other filters you can apply are to select the newest and popular slots, but you can’t filter them by type. You can also use the search bar to search for a particular game you enjoy. Note that some providers won’t be available in your country. For example, Pragmatic Play wasn’t available for me.
The live casino lobby features more than 800 games by Evolution, Ezugi and Pragmatic Play Live, and there is a selection of games to choose from, including roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and dice games.
The casino also offers table games, with quite a few variations of online poker, and game shows. If you get to try any of the casino games, I encourage you to share your experience with fellow players in our Player Reviews.
Frogbet Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
While the Frogbet responsible gambling page indicates that players have access to deposit and session limits through account settings, I couldn’t find those options in my account, so I asked customer support about it.
The truth is that the casino offers those options, but the agent has to set those limits for you manually. That also applies to reality checks.
If you wish to take a cooling-off period, you can also do that by contacting customer support with your request. The same goes for the self-exclusion request if you experience problem gambling and don’t want to play at the casino anymore.
Another useful feature that I don’t see all that often is the possibility to close your account through your account settings if you don’t wish to talk to customer support.
The Frogbet responsible gambling page also lists the names of helpful agencies and organisations, but doesn’t actually provide a comprehensive self-assessment test or advice on how to stay in control.
This casino had a very easy sign up, only requiring an email. On one hand the ease of that was a positive, however it almost seemed too easy, 'too good to be true' as 'they' say. Unfortunately the negatives overshadowed any possibility of seeing any positives beyond that.
I didn't receive the 100 free spins on sign up, and wasted far too much time waiting for help from their 'live' support. They told me if it didn't show up then I didn't qualify but they couldn't say why. So I forgot about this casino until a week later I received an email offering the chance to win no deposit spins by spinning a wheel. So I spun and won 100 spins. I followed the directions and claimed, but then couldn't find the spins in my account. So I contacted their support, showed the screenshot and explained the issue. They were prompt to respond, and asked for the screenshot of the offer which I resent. I waited 30 minutes before I asked if they were still there and got no response. I left the site open while I went and did some chores and came back about an hour and half later, and they still had not responded. I closed the chat and restarted a new chat, explained my issue again, and again they responded very quickly, asking if id already spun the wheel. Even though it was obvious that I had given that id said id win 100 spins, I politely said yes. And once again I left waiting for a reply that I wouldn't get, for a problem that would never be resolved.
And with that, I was left with no faith in this casino, and there's no way I'd trust this casino with my money. No doubt there'll be no issue depositing, but I can just imagine having an issue with a withdrawal, and what kind of help their support would be.
And now I think back at how easy it was to sign up, and I think my intuition was right. So I'm kind of glad the spins didn't work because had I won with them, I may have then deposited. Pretty sure I saved myself a headache.
