Unjustified 200 usd deposit confiscation and refusal to provide info
I am filing a formal complaint against Frogbet regarding the unjustified confiscation of my $200 deposit and the permanent restriction of my account.
Recently, my account was restricted. When I contacted their support team to inquire about the issue, I was informed that the restriction was due to a vague "sportsbook fraud violation of our Terms of Service". I requested escalation and a formal review, asking for specific details regarding what exact activity or ToS clause was allegedly breached.
Frogbet's compliance and risk team replied stating that they are "not able to share those details with you for security reasons" and declared that "the decision is final and won't change".
I completely reject this accusation. There is no multi-accounting, identity fraud, or any malicious activity taking place.
Frogbet is using a generic "security reasons" excuse to seize a player's principal deposit without meeting the basic burden of proof required by standard fair-play licensing. Confiscating funds while actively refusing to provide the user with any evidence of wrongdoing is an unfair and predatory practice.
I am requesting AskGamblers' assistance in mediating this issue. Frogbet must either provide concrete evidence of this alleged fraud to this public forum or return my $200 deposit immediately.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
