The beginning was promising, lots of games and providers, fast live chat.
Problems started when winning the amount using bonus funds.
The casino asked me for multi-stage verification and all possible documents. I sent them and after a few days they were accepted. However, when I requested a withdrawal - the casino closed my account and canceled the withdrawal, under the section of the regulations - that they have the right to do so without giving a reason.
I opened a dispute on AskGamblers and added screenshots of conversations with the casino (you can check it at askgamblers.com). FGFOX has not responded because they know they have not acted fairly. I didn't have a multi-account there and played fair.
My rating for this casino is - nice looking graphics, lots of games - but if you want to deposit money and not get it back then play at this place. The casino has rules that will always prevent you from withdrawing funds. I do not recommend FGFOX

The main condition was that user should have at least one deposit made at casino account in order to receive that bonus.
