The time it takes to process your withdrawal request. It happened a few times now that the time before my payout was approved went up more than a week. My last withdrawal request was sent in on 24/03/2021. It's now 11 days later and it still has status pending. A week ago I contacted support but all they said was that sometimes it takes a little longer. They should really look into this.
