Verification process failed, I provided all common documents, but they keep asking for my ID to notarized by a lawyer, notary, or police department - ridiculous. I've registered to dozens of casinos, but never been asked for this one. Imagine paying for a notary or a lawyer to get money from casino. They advertise responsible gaming but that a fraud. Asked over a year ago permanent closure and ban but they did not do that. Chat is not open 24 hours and cant even close account without contacting them. This of course little thing because they don't even close it when you ask. They also told me they don't have any kind of database regarding bans and closing accounts. They also offered some lame bonus after asked permanent closure.
