General Information about Dorados Casino
Dorados Casino is a social casino that is open to eligible states in the US. It is a free-to-play casino and you must be at least 21 years old to play here. No purchase is necessary and the casino is owned and operated by Rafflefy Limited.
The site can be opened from any web browser, but is also available on mobile devices in the US. Either platform will give you access to their range of social games and features.
Welcome packages are available and once you’re a member, there’s plenty of ways to earn additional rewards. They also have a VIP program. The more active you are the better. Full access to these premium perks are available from a registered account only.
How Does Dorados Casino Work?
No real money purchases are needed to play here, but there are options to purchase additional Gold Coin packages. However, making a purchase does not increase your chances of winning.
You can play with Sweep Coins or Extra Sweep Coins Spins, also referred to here as Sweepstake Credits. These can be used to engage in games which provide opportunities to win redeemable sweep coins.
Sweep coins can can be collected via free gifts, by mail and no cost giveaways. They can also be obtained via Gold Coin purchases.

Before you make a redemption, you must complete the verification process. You must complete this process within 30 days of being asked.
There are daily and monthly withdrawal caps which are based on your VIP levels. These are subject to change at any time so I have not listed them for accuracy. You can see section 12.1 of the terms and conditions for more accurate information. The casino aims to process redemptions within 72 hours for VIP levels 1 and 2, within 48 hours for VIP level 3 and within 24 hours for VIP levels 4 and 5. Support at Dorados Casino
Help is never far away if you need it. Everything is located in the help centre, including live chat. You can launch the live chat feature and speak to a friendly support agent if you have any questions or concerns. I reviewed all the support options and this was the fastest way I could get help. You’ll need to enter your name and email address and you’ll be connected to an agent. There was no chatbot, I was transferred to someone instantly with no queuing times. The other good news is that live chat is open 24/7.
For anything less urgent, you can also email the casino at any time. It may also be worth checking the help section if you have a more common question. If you’re new to social casinos and have general questions, chances are you’ll get some answers here.
Games at Dorados Casino
The casino has a great selection of social casino games to play. You’ll find the latest selection of online slots and providers. The lobby is well-laid out and you can either list the gaming providers, use the category menus or use the search engine to find your favourite games. You can still play all the popular slots here that you’d find in a traditional casino, including exclusive and jackpot titles.
The casein also has a selection of table games, instant wins and crash games. I like the easy-to-use menu options that categorise each of these so you don’t have to look far. You’ll find popular versions of blackjack, poker and roulette. You can also try something different like scratch cards and bingo. For a social casino, the casino really has a great variety to choose from which we don’t always see! I think there is something here for everyone.
You can also dive straight into the live casino if you want something more interactive. There are more than 70 live casino games and again that’s an impressive collection. You can join the live dealers and other real players. They’re listed into categories so each game type is easy to find, including versions of live baccarat, the latest live game shows and more.
Dorados Casino’s Commitment to Responsible Gambling
Whilst the platform is fully free-to-play, there are options to purchase additional coins. You can use the casinos responsible gambling tools to help manage these purchases and stay in control of your finances. You can set purchase limits at any time. Unfortunately, you can’t set them yourself through your account but all you have to do is send the casino an email and they will activate these for you. These can be set daily, weekly or monthly.
You can also take a break at any time. You can either set game time limits or you can step away from your account completely for a period of time. You can email the casino to request either of these.
