I am very disappointed. I initiated the withdrawal request on July 9th (13 days have passed since then!), and I have already spoken to customer service 6 times about why they are not fulfilling the GTC, which states that the payment will be made within 3 business days. Each time, customer service reassures me that there is a delay of a few days, but this is completely normal; my withdrawal request is in the finance department. It is terribly nerve-wracking, for now I feel like I have been scammed and will never be paid out...
Its a Scam. You wil never be able to cash out. They are frauds. Customer Service will never answer you and as soon as they know they stole ur money they will stop responding. Scammers Be Aware.
