Chilli is a sister casino of BGO, who are surely one of the most trustworthy UK online casino brands around right now, and forever popping up on my TV screen late at night with their promises of wager-free free spins. I’m pleased to see that policy extends across to this casino as well!
Looks wise, the Chilli casino site is fairly modern with a nice fire inspired colour scheme. It seems to react well across most devices although it actually seems the interface on regular computers/laptops isn’t quite as polished as on mobile devices. It seems to me that a huge proportion of business has to be coming from these alternative platforms these days and yet so many older more established casinos don’t seem willing to put the work in and perfect their sites for people using them.
Decent VIP schemes are also becoming few and far between now, so I really appreciate what Chilli have up for offer. Their reward scheme gives one Chilli for every £10 spun on slots, or every £100 played on table games. The table games figure is a bit on the tight side I think but I think the slots one is okay considering 10 Chillis is enough to grab a few no-wager free spins. On a lot of sites I can do a whole nights spinning and still not be even half of the way to actually receiving any kind of VIP benefit… seems like madness to me!
Promotions in general are quite good here, at least they do send things through via e-mail on a fairly regular basis, and again the wager-free spins are a big plus. Wagering on their bonuses is a little on the high side though at 50x.

Joined verified account, went to withdraw, it stayed pending for 4 days, then got authorised, they said there was a mix up with my DOB??? So money got put back into my account, had to redraw, waited 3 days pending, got authorised, then a week later its back in my account!!!! They said the IBAN code was wrong (NO WAY) went onto online chat which always says you're talking to Alexa, Alexa was so rude accused me of having a fake email account, funny that because I got all the offers from them on email, she said I didn't understand the procedure, I asked how come we can deposit and it shows straight away but when you withdraw it can take up to 21 DAYS to be back into your bank???
