Withdrawal not being issued for almost two months

I'm waiting since 15th Dec for a 300e withdrawal that I won fair and square and its still pending in transactions. I've email numerous times to support and not one email came back. I've contacted the live chat nearly ever week and told same thing they don't know anything and they are extremely rude. Its getting very frustrating now and I'm annoyed that they can steal money like that from people.

Dear all,

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, it is now obvious that the player submitted the complaint against wrong casino, which has not yet even been presented and reviewed on AskGamblers. Therefore, we have no other choice but to Reject the complaint.

AskGamblers Complaint Team is using this occasion to recommend the player that further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
