They verified my account only after I requested closure, then blocked access while limiting withdrawals under a so-called weekly cap—even though the account was no longer active. They ignored multiple emails, and only after my Trustpilot review did they suddenly post 3 suspiciously positive reviews to bury mine. I’ve since filed complaints with AskGamblers, the Curacao regulator, and the payment provider. This platform is not acting in good faith, and players deserve better protection. Avoid until they settle all pending cases transparently.
