Support doesn't answer questions being asked. Trying to verify my account. Bank statement is not available for about 3 weeks that they are requesting. I've sent documents to explain that etransfers contact does not show on my bank statements and what I should do in that case and if my winnings will still be available for me to withdrawal when bank statement is available. I've sent screenshots of examples and they will not acknowledge my concerns. Only that they need an updated bank statement.
