Bspin.io Casino - Won't pay my winnings due to unproven violation of their terms

After fulfilling all the conditions of the welcome bonus, and applying for a withdrawal of funds, they simply blocked the account and, accordingly, I did not receive any winnings. They argue this with fictitious violations that have nothing to do with me, just not to pay the winnings.

Received a bonus for registering 20 free spins in the game Fruit Zen. I played the bonus wager, everything is as it should be. Didn't break any of the rules. I put the winnings for withdrawal, and after a few hours, when I tried to log into my account, I got a message that the account was blocked for violations. I contacted support to clarify the reason, to which I received an answer that I violated 3 points of the rules (I attached a photo). But this is an absolute lie. This is my first time on this site, and I don’t have any duplicates and never had. Yesterday I first learned about the existence of this site. And I am a million percent sure that I have 1 account and there are no others and never have been. They just don't want to pay and come up with reasons not to pay.

I ask AskGamblers for help in resolving this issue and withdrawing the winnings. I also recommend not to contact this casino, if you win, you may find yourself in the same situation. I don’t know how they pay out from deposits, but they don’t disdain from a bonus to even blatantly lie so as not to pay.

Bspin.io Casino - Bspin Casino Locked my account with over 13 BTC balance

On the 11th of November I won 13.7 BTC playing slots at BSpin. After making a withdrawal I did not hear back for a while. Then when I tried to log in I saw that the account had been locked. There was a message on the screen that said my account was under investigation.

I understood that this was a very large win and that the casino has every right to investigate it. But now 15 days has passed and not only have I not been paid, I have not even been given a proper update. I spoke to their support during this period a few times. Most of the time they just told me that my account was still under investigation. At he beginning of last week they assured me my inquiry would be answered within that week. I never heard anything back and it is now Thursday of the following week.

While a casino needs to investigate player accounts especially for large wins, they have had 15 days to investigate my account. I do not think there is any excuse for an investigation into a casino account to take so long. And I also think that Bspin’s lack of transparency and communication during this period is alarming.

I am not happy to have to come and complain publicly about this matter but feel that I have been given no choice. BSpin has been unresponsive and is withholding a very large win without any reason: I played a slot that was allowed and bet an amount that was allowed by the casino itself and their terms and conditions. So I ask BSpin to please conclude their investigation and honor the win.

Bspin casino needs a redesign asap. For a new casino they have managed to make it look like it was designed 10 years ago. It does not make me trust it and I won't be trusting them with a currency which is hard to prove transfers and history.

Almost impossible to make a deposit. No, it actually is impossible to deposit. "Quick copy deposit code" does not work. Even their deposit page makes no sense. Absolutely impossible to deposit.
