I only gave one star because I had to.

This would have to be the worst casino I have ever played at in my 15 years of online gambling. Their support is terrible. They don't really care about helping their customers. They don't give you reasoning as to why something happens IE: They wiped my payment methods then wouldn't accept them and told me they don't work in my country now so use another method. When asked why- they said they don't get technical information so I'll have to try something else.

I closed my account for a few months because out of the countless thousands of dollars I put in, not once did I win on their games or withdraw. When I asked to reopen my account I was told they could do it, so long as "I promise never to complain or have issues in the future"

They tell you that they accept visa and Mastercard deposit and withdraws, then tell you that there is something wrong with those methods so if you want to withdraw, your minimum is $500 nzd. So that blew those chances of withdrawing.

I would, under no circumstances, recommend this casino to anyone.

Bobs Casino, I came across this casino while browsing on net, always finding some newbies so I could try my luck there, especially if some freebie is a part of their welcome bonus. Well that's when this guys has given me run around. A deposit was must if I wanted to withdraw those money, 50 euros exactly, so I made my deposit of 10 euros from my credit card. And there we go again, my withdraw was cancelled and support asked for another deposit from me of at least 20 euros, via my Neteller, so I can made that withdraw.

Omg how many deposits it will take me to withdraw only 50 euros?So made another with Neteller and yes must admit, they are very fast. The thing I don't like, is the fact I made two deposits that day and as other casinos I played at least they could give me my welcome bonus, but they didn't even bother to that. Well to be honest I like to play. But there'is an important point I like to mention particularly. In the beginning everything was new and I made several mistakes and I did not receive my bonuses and free spins....

First of all, let's start with the most important: I have 960.000 euros stuck on BobCasino, I have no access to my account and I have a terrible feeling that they will never pay me.

I am a regular player and I bet with large stakes in different casinos. After reading good comments about Bob, I started playing there in February, in a slot named Reactoonz (from PlayN'Go). At the time, the maximum stake on this slot was 80€.

I built a 100K+ bank, got verified, got paid, got a VIP manager, and they even increased my withdrawal limits to 100K / month. They always encouraged me to keep playing more and more, they took the risk and increased the stake on this slot to 400€ a spin, hoping that I will lose all.

Slowly I built a very large bank. First with 100€ stakes, then 200€, then finally when I already had a very large bank, I started playing with 400€. So, after some ups and downs, my balance finally got close to 1 million.

Because I am a fair person, I would like to mention that until yesterday they had already paid me around 114,000 euros.

First sign of problems: for a few days I reduced my playing activity and my VIP manager threatened to cut my withdrawal limits, which they did a few days later.

So yesterday I got a call from them, they basically said me that "any other small casino would have closed my account and never paid me" after my winnings.

Terms and conditions are scary when there is an easy exit clause allowing the casino to reject withdrawals based on simple clauses added to their terms.
