It looked interesting but unfortunately I didn't get a chance to play, despite me wanting to give it a try.

I use mostly InstaDebit for depositing and InstaDebit is charging a flat fee for each transaction. What I have noticed is in bobcasino there's an additional 2.5% charge on top of InstaDebit charge. Which I've never seen before. That's why I decided to not try it. But as long as you are aware and ok with that it's fine. Since there are many more options not charging you for depositing I won't try it.

Customer service is slow.. How did it ever get 7+ stars is beyond me. Our technical department are investigating on all the cases, but it could take some time, especially it is a single case, like yours for example, because there was no one else experiencing that kind of a problem with the Amatic games.

And about the favorite games section, well that is a hard one as well, because not a lot of people find this as a problem as well.

I actually rated Bob Casino on Ask Gamblers on October 18th 2018 and mentioned the issue about favorite games so this is not new. As for the Amatic games, I play this software on other casinos and this does not happen. I will ask again on Ask Gamblers and on Casinomeister if anyone else has the same issue. As for the reviews on both many are saying that your software games keep logging them out so if anyone checks these reviews they would see it is a problem. So, obviously, no responses will ever be given on these issues so would be nice to know if others are actually experiencing the same issues and does the matter about not being able to have "favorite games" something that most casinos should have.
