I am filing this official complaint against Betti Casino regarding a balance of €102 that I have been trying to withdraw for over one month.

I have played several games and accumulated these funds legitimately. However, for the past 30 days, every withdrawal request I have submitted has been rejected by the Betti team. I have tried to process this payout multiple times, but the funds are consistently returned to my casino wallet without a clear or valid explanation for the rejections.

I have been patient for a full month, but the delay is no longer acceptable. There has been no progress on my payout despite my efforts to resolve this.

I’m fully verified with Betti and made a 500 euro withdrawal on dec23rd and I have received confirmation that it’s been processed and will be in your bank in 3-5 working days it’s now January 12th and still not received it I have sent endless bank’s statements to them proving I have not had the funds! When emailing the support email all I get it’s delayed because of Xmas holidays and we have sent your email to the processing team we will get back to you when we have an update but never have one, it’s getting so frustrating now not getting anywhere.

They won't let me withdraw.

They say I have to withdraw using the same method I deposited with.

I used a Visa card to deposit but there is no option to withdraw this way. They want me to do a bank transfer but my bank has no BIC / SWIFT.

I deposited with a visa so how can I withdraw using the same method if there is no option?

I set a deposit monthly deposit limit on this casino as I identify as vulnerable. The deposit limit should have been in place until the 28th September. On the 3rd of September, the deposit limit was deactivated and my account was able to process deposits. I have requested a refund on these deposits as they should not have been possible to make. Since raising this issue, Betti support has repeatedly ignored all requests for more information and will not update me to the status of the case.

Hi there I made a withdrawal from Betti casino €200. I'm fully verified and have screenshots to prove that. They approved my withdrawal as received an email stating that my withdrawal was approved and will be with me shortly but instead they returned my withdrawal back to my casino balance. Spoke to live chat about it. They say it was approved but there was a technical error that's why it was returned back to balance. That's happened 14 times now the exact same thing with 14 emails in 3 days telling me my withdrawal was approved and live chat saying the problem is resolved now but the same thing happens every time. I just want my withdrawal I have all the screenshots ect and emails that I received.

As their limit Is 2000e a day I requested that after 3 days I get in touch and they keep saying the same thing, they will get in touch regarding this situation. But after reading all these reviews online I'm very concerned about my money :(

One of the advisors told me they are a licensed casino and they will pay out but like I said after reading all these reviews this doesn't look good.

I was paid out on the 5th of July

But never received it I have been asking for proof of payment every day for the last week.

Every time I get told they will get back to me but never do. I am at my wit's end my bank can’t do anything unless I give the information. Don’t know if you can do anything about this. I can’t believe it’s that hard to send proof of payment.

I do not know where to start but hopefully I will be clear as much as possible.

At the beginning of June I registered with Betti. My account was fully verified.

I made first withdrawal for €820 which was processed on the 10/06 and the 2nd for the amount of €2000 which was processed on the 25/06.

I did not receive any payment so I got in touch with my account provider which is Wise and they have told me both payments were automatically rejected as these were sent in different currency than the account I hold( I have an GBP account).

They told me that money should be back with the sender(in that case casino) within 5 working days.

I got in touch with the casino to make them aware of this issue and gave them alternative account number where my winnings should be sent. I also told them to get in touch with their payment provider as they should be able to sort this out.

As it stands today it has been more than month and I am still at the starting point. I still did not receive my money. Casino says payments were processed on their site. I do not believe that money vanished somewhere in the air.

I keep sending my account statements and keep getting the same reply that my case has been forwarded for further investigation. Every time I send an email I got reply from someone else and they keep asking me for the same things.

All I want is to get my money back. I wouldn't bother if that would be a case of 200 euros but that is nearly 3000 euros. This situation put me in the place where I am stressed and depressed all the time.

Hello, Ask Gamblers.

I received emails from a Casino titled Betti Casino asking me to join. I did and made quite a few deposits there. In total around £350.

I have won £550 and they are now stating they do not allow UK players and there for any withdrawals are forbidden.

I was told I would receive a refund for my original deposits however they are now ignoring me completely. I intend to get in touch with my bank as they seem to have zero interest in replying to me and instantly close their live chat when I bring up the matter.

They said my account is closed as the UK is restricted territory, well why not say that in the first place!

I hope you can assist me in the matter, I also will ask my bank for help.
